God of War Swim OoB Drama Stuff

Tiny pastebin about upcoming plans with God of War.

Today i got 1:17:57. What a run that was, not perfect, but definitely a solid run i can feel happy about.
To everyone encouraging me to beat the WR (which was 1:19:05) at the time, thank you, but i think this 1:17 i just got definitely proves that setting WR as a milestone when it's this unoptimized is a bit silly. Especially when i knew it could go so much lower.

Anyway enough of that

AFTER i got my 1:17:57, i got messaged by the guy who had the 2nd best time in the category milow. He told me about a new method to do the swimming glitch after Poseidons Trident. I found it strange that he didn't choose to tell me way back in the day, when i was rapidly improving. And judging by our discord conversation, he's sort of been hiding it to get WR back. DO KEEP IN MIND, i can't tell if he's serious or not because brazilians like their kkkk laughter thingy, so it could be a joke. In a way i felt shitty, because i had just completed a great run, and now if this being possible to save upwards of 20+ seconds. I felt like i needed to pump out a new run, because 20 seconds is a lot of time save.

I do find it a bit shitty im told this after i got my time, but at the same time, AKheon has a 150 page Glitch FAQ i could have read on GameFAQs, to know about every little possible detail i would wanna know about God of War. It's kind of my fault for not reading it, but i have some severe reading problems, and 150 pages is quite a lot, just for a 1 hour 20 minute speedrun. So at the time of learning the game i only skimmed small parts to learn about some basic glitch mechanics.

So what now?

That's not a lot of time for testing i know, but Satvara the person who discovered this OoB, probably knows a setup or a thing or two i don't. So i'm gonna wait with further testing until i can get any information from Satvara.

If milow or Satvara find a setup for this skip and it's at least 50%+ consistant. I think it's time to improve my time. But if it doesn't seem to get much better than what i currently tested. I'll let my 1:17:57 sit on the shelf, and who knows when i'll come back.
