I have three certifications in CISCO Networks and more in SAP and I believe that this will help me deliver for Melvins Tea. Apart from the certifications, I have been exposed to the IT working environment for more than three years having  worked in fast paced factory environments. While working at KenGen, I helped more than 300 employees to process their payslips and submit their work reports. I also provided IT support in more than six departments and four power stations. The support ranged from troubleshooting of printers, internet connections to networking services such as LAN design and server configurations. I believe I am fit for this role because I am a self motivated individual who can work under pressure with minimum supervision.

The greatest challenge I have faced was the COVID pandemic. At its height, we had to work from home and this brought about challenges with communication and collaboration efforts. Thankfully, team leaders created a Slack channel where it was easy for us to have meetings and escalate issues when required.

I love data and through my experience as a data engineer I have learnt to appreciate the importance of presenting the data in a clear and concise way to aid the company in decision making. I have worked with tools such as the Google Data Studio, Tableau, and the entire Google Analytics suite. I am also well versed with Python and R.
