Proposal #1 - Elected Board

In developing the Snowy Mountains region in CV world, it became clear to me that the one-man effort was not working out for this development and for various other reasons. Thus, I have decided to propose instituting a board/committee to share ideas, to give feedback, and even supervise the development. The board (or board of trustees) would need at least 3 members, a texture artist, and optionally a model maker to go with it. Frankly, the difficulty in finding right texture for use in this development has been a frustrating obstacle and I do not have a skill in texture making (and well, everyone has their own specialty and texture making isn't certainly one of mine.) Creating models tailored for the Snowy Mountains region is certainly a nice option but not absolute necessity and it all depends on Xandrah's willingness to add models to CV's object path and keep in mind she is not obligated to do so.

Furthermore, I would like to add that, if she accepts, Xandrah is to be offered a permanent board membership (besides mine) on the Snowy Mountains and, though not obligated, I would not mind her coming to the board meetings, if not regularly at all (how often it meets, where, or when is up to the board), and offering any feedback on it. All members of Cryoverse, as stakeholders in this development, is entitled to nominate and elect the three board members. I will chair the meetings but otherwise allow the board members to freely discuss and share feedback on this development. Whether the board should be regularly elected or simply have a new member elected to fill a board seat that becomes vacant is up to the board, as it is free to make by-laws regulating itself.
