How to deal with Council tax / "Liability" order's

Tell them they are wrong, point out that all Lawyers over the last 120 years have been taught sedition, namely Parliament is Supreme. Explain this is not true because when someone spouted the same sedition during the reign of Cromwell, Cromwell marched into Parliament with armed English soldiers and arrested them for High Treason and dissolved Parliament on the spot. Further, Law books will tell them that Constitutional Law is the highest Law we have and statutes which are not Laws but rules/regulations must always yield because Parliament is bound by them forever. You can also say that since the establishment is committing Treason you are withholding it.

2 questions for the council !.you now are required to prove jurisdiction and 2. you are required to prove with material fact that the country has consented to the "act" you refer to otherwise if no proof is provided the "Act" you refer to is null and void

As much as the Government paid trolls try and deny that Council Tax is not a contract, trust me, it is.

Everything is commerce. Contract law.

And in commerce, it's all down to remaining in honour. The minute you refuse to pay a bill (ie you don't pay your bar bill/dinner bill, then you are always going to lose.

But, the way to never lose in commerce, is to remain in honour and always offer to pay what you lawfully owe (see what i did there 😉 on the condition you have full disclosure to the contract you are held liable for.

There are several questions you are entitled to, and should ask your local council.

Here are just a few i use:

1) Who is making this claim against me? ie, who has paid for the complaint to be put before the court.

2) What authority does that man or woman have over me? (this kills them dead)

3) What language are your documents written in? (This is one argument they will NEVER EVER want to discuss)

4) Are you, blah blah council, an executive branch of government?

4a) If they say yes,they are f*cked, because of question 5.

5) Are you a public service? Because, here i have your D-U-N-S number, that says you are a private, for-profit corporation?

6) If you are a corporation, what authority do you have over me without a valid contract?
