Hi

I hope this message find you well. I am currently having issues with my BMO account in Ottawa the bank doesnt seem to want to do anything in regards to the account issues i am having. Mainly having to do with my Bank account numbers
I have been experiencing issues with Master Card Payment delays when i should only have a Debt Account. would it be at all possible to obtain account information on both the account number. 3985-986 & 3903-290 I have been experiencing fraud and account manipulation for reasons I believe have to do with my name orientation. I plan on going to the CRA to do an audit of all my previous transaction histories to figure out why I have been experiencing issues with delayed payments as well as issues with my Tap. I believe someone has been using one of my name orientations and trying to make me out to be a fraud I can only speculate until ive been given some clarity on my situation. Any additional assistance or ideas in regards to this would be greatly appreciated, I have obtained an Ontario Identification Card, Last time I spoke with you I only had my Landed Immigration Document and an Expired Drivers licence my whole reason for coming to Ottawa was to obtain all my Government Identification documents and cards so that I won’t have issues like this again.

I had lost a BMO card ending with 2786 at the library and tried entering my pin but was unsuccessful the ATM kept the bank card today when trying to approach the customer service representative Bank Attendant pretended to know me and made me feel uncomfortable I left with my bank or a bank card that was also having password pin issues that were unsuccessfully entered but he attempted to continue business as if it was normal which made me leave and look to pursue my issue online and follow up with an email i had sent to my main branch in Hamilton on Bay Street.
