Both are identical to the original link that was pulled down for TOS 7.4.2 violation (slander, libel, and defamation).

Ms Emick is claiming openly on Twitter that the original was pulled down for "copyright violations" and she is also claiming that the initial report was filed by Kelly Hallissey, who is the person that Ms. Emick is libeling with that post.

We have complained previously about a user on your service "jemick". This
user has repeatedly posted files specifically designed to slander, defame,
and harass me.

REDACTED EMAIL reported that file and you pulled it,
ticket #219244. She has since reposted it TWICE at these links:
