  71. Any previous punishments on Faithful?
  72.
  73.
  74. I have 110 current punishments on Faithful and I plan on not receiving any more. Although my previous punishments from rektbro, FuriousFruit, and I believe ImTalking were all practical jokes and they were trolling me. I do have ShadowPlay & Recording proof if you want those stated. So, my last punishment was around 4 months ago for "Promoting Spam" and hopefully, this doesn't affect my liability to become staff. Also, all of my punishments have leed up from Faithful 2.0 until now.

  77. Any past experiences in being a staff member?

  82. The Craft was my first ever server I was staff on. At the time I was fairly new towards staffing and hardly knew a lot about it. This server taught me so much about how staff help out players, what commands to use at the right time, and much more. When I had become a staff member, I was only apart of the team for around 2 weeks because the owners and the server had their peak. Before the network had shut down, I still keep my confidence with me and nothing could stop me from punishing cheaters and clearing the server of toxic players.

  86. The second server and my first ever HCF server I had staffed on. Even though at the time the server wasn't going so well, I had learned the staff aspects on an HCF network. When my application had been accepted, the network had started to lose players and interest. I was only staff for 2 months but within those 2 months, I had gotten the chances of moderating chat and banning hackers, and I was doing amazing. I loved my time on the server and got to meet an entirely different community. Being staff on CrystalHCF had guided me on being a better staff member.

  90. The most recent server I was staff, LuxorMC. This server wasn't able to go through a full map, but I was able to gain more knowledge about developing and setting up a network. This had allowed me to know a bundle of known plugins needed for HCF servers and what commands to use for them. The server had shut down within its first week. Our staff team was alright, InspectMC & SwishMasters didn't really put as much effort as the staff team was, but we were able to gain 80 players on SOTW. I was probably the most active member making sure the network had 0 hackers and clearing out toxicity. I was able to lead a staff team and show them the ropes on what to do and was able to teach most of them the basics of screen sharing.

  92.
  93. Why do you want to become staff?
  94.
  95.
  96. Recently, Faithful is currently one of the biggest HCF networks out there. Many reasons are stated why, but one of them is being how different it is to others. I've personally found this server enjoyable since Faithful 2.0 and I don't have to worry about lag or inactive staff members. Many people, however, will not play on the server due to the staff not being online or staff are just not worthy of their time and the players can tend to get rude. I feel like this server would go a different direction and will hopefully inspire people to return to HCF and make a few changes. Every staff member has been helping who is in need of assistance. No staff will stay in a room chatting with players because they're too lazy to help people.
  97.
  98. I am not here to announce how "great" of a staff member I would be but to explain what I could do as a staff member. I would love to be a part of the Faithful staff team and take their journey to the very top. I am willing to work hours upon hours on end to make sure Faithful will maintain it's high point. Faithful deserves thousands of players on its network. One day I believe that that Faithful will be able to progress its player base and hit at least 5,000 players. On a recent SOTW, it had peaked 1,200 players online. Yes, there may have been a long queue it little lag spikes here and there, but the players love the server so much that they stay and dedicate their time to the server. This is why I am also here.
  99.
  100. I plan on being a part of the Faithful community. No, I do not care or mind about the tag next to my name, though I do care about the players enjoying their time. Already as a member of the server, I'm online every day making sure there is a player making a big deal and having disrespect towards the server over a simple misunderstanding. It's a great responsibility being staff on a big network like Faithful. I will be on every day, giving help to the players and as a staff member, I assure you that I will make Faithful remain a number one HCF server. Every ban, every mute, every screen share, it will help the server.
  101.
  102. Usually, staff members are in Teamspeak helping people for hours to make sure the server is always at an
  103. all-time high and making sure the community isn't joining the network because of a simple fix. Usually, if the map is a very laggy map people would not play on the server due to this issue. But, the staff team would instantly look into the issue and solve it right away. Also, the network gives many people who aren't able to ranks an opportunity to purchase a $1 rank. Many servers have their most affordable rank around $20, which could be a fortune for somebody. The server helps out players by providing cheat ranks for a better experience.
  104.
  105. Faithful in my perspective is a well-respected server. I plan on playing this network for around the rest of my MC career, even as a player of the server I am able to still help the community out. Guiding players into a new direction and making sure they don't make false accusations.
  106.
  107. At times, it does matter to me when players attempt to destroy the network. No, it may not affect the server but it does give people different perspectives on the back-end of the server. I'm here to make sure that the network is misinterpreted or misunderstood. I want to be apart of the Faithful community, from here on out, with the team on every step of the way. Fixing any bugs, helping a player, or punishment a cheater. This role is like a job, and currently, there are massive amounts of trust from the managers on giving a player the helper rank. Every promotion is a new area, and different responsibilities and I are ready to deal with.
  108.
  109.
  110. Why should we accept you as staff?
  111.
  112.
  113. Maturity
  114.
  115. As a player or staff member, I will always be proper and not toxic. When helping players, I always make sure to talk politely and make the player have a happy experience. Even if a member comes into Teamspeak yelling and screaming, I would make sure to keep a cool attitude around the player and not be so enraged around them. When a player in chat publicly speaks negative comments towards me, I wouldn't talk back to them announcing negative posts to the player.
  116.
  117. Respect
  118.
  119. This trait is one of the most important details when becoming when staff member. If I become staff, I will always listen and not talk back to higher staff on the team. I respect all players that are welcomed to the server and never do I talk behind a staff member's back. If a staff member were to get demoted or resign for another server, I would never speak badly about them and hope them for the best. When a player may feel down, I will always try to help them out. Sometimes the person may not want to communicate, and I would respect that, so I would leave instantly and see if they feel better next time I see them.
  120.
  121. Responsibility
  122.
  123. When becoming a staff member, I will always answer to higher up staff. When I'm given an order, I will compete it fast and efficiently. I will never slack off and I will take matters into my hands and never give a problem to somebody else. When a staff member messes up, they're expected to deal with that consequence and fix the problem. If they aren't able to, they should be reported to higher-up staff members and take the blame for their mess, not blame it on another person.
  124.
  125. Communication
  126.
  127. Having good communication skills is important. When being a staff member, I would be able to talk with players on Teamspeak and help them out in anyway possible. The player I help could have chosen any server in the world, and they chose Faithful. Although communication doesn't just revolve around Teamspeak, communication is also required in-game. In-game, I memorize the information of the server and I will able to answer all questions. As a staff member, I would warn higher staff when I won't be available for a period of time, allowing them to know I won't be able to help out and may be unable to attend meetings.
  128.
  129. Trust
  130.
  131. When being a staff member, you have to be well trusted. I believe I would be a good example of how the server should treat its players, and it would be my job to show that I'm not abusive. When accepted as staff, I would be expected to be trusted with information of the server that shouldn't be leaked, and this is something I strongly oppose. I would keep promises and not procrastinate when given a command. I wouldn't leak any information that I have about players either.
  132.
  133. Bias
  134.
  135. When in Teamspeak, I would never choose a side between two players. For example, two players had come into Teamspeak and started to complain about one another, I would listen and never take one's side. I would make sure that I've sorted out the problem and to be listening to both stories. After listening, I would then proceed to punish the correct player and solve the other one's problem. Never would I ever have a good friend come into Teamspeak, tell me to punish a player and I instantly do it because he's my friend. I would still them like a regular player, no matter their rank or if we're friendly.
  136.
  137. Forums
  138.
  139. I am usually on the forums daily and I look around it a lot. I know how to navigate through Faithful's forums, find and help out players on here. The forums are an area where staff and players are able to interact with one another and communicate. It connects the players to the Faithful community, and remembering how to navigate it and being able to help out on the forums is a big role for being staff. The forums are also an excellent source of information and helping out players. As a staff member, I would spend my time on the "Suggestion & Bugs" section so I can report an issue or give advice to the management team.
  140.
  141. Recording
  142.
  143. As a staff member, it would be my priority to record my bans & mutes, whether that be within a video and/or screenshots. This will allow me to provide evidence for the higher staff to see that I didn't make a false punishment. Recording can also bring in more and more players to post videos on YouTube that can attract people to playing the server more often. The recording also shows that there is a community that will trust & believe me and knows if I'm doing my job correctly.
  144.
  145. Listening
  146.
  147. If I become a staff member, I would always listen to the player and give them a benefit of the doubt. If the player has been punished with a reason and they believe it is unfair, I would let them join Teamspeak and I would listen to their story. If I don't interrupt the player, they're able to not waste time and that will allow me to make my job easier. Being able to listen to others will allow me to navigate throughout all the support rooms a lot easier.
  148.
  149. Patience
  150.
  151. When becoming staff, I would always be calm and yet steady with a player. If a player is having a hard time speaking or if they're angry, I wouldn't strike out at them. Instead, I would wait for them to relax and then continue helping the player. If I were so screenshare somebody, I wouldn't be all angry at the player for taking the maximum time I gave them to join TeamSpeak. If I'm correct about the player cheating, I would most likely locate their client or check their recycling bin and folders to see if they were modified after they were frozen.
  152.
  153. Screensharing
  154.
  155. From my experiences on being staff on different networks, I've been able to catch a lot of hackers on different servers. I'm able to screenshare a player without a tool 90% of the time. This shows that screensharing is one of my biggest strengths when becoming a staff member. I know most ghost clients and where to find the folders to see if the player had a client on their computer at one point. I'm also able to locate the file that alerts the player had self-destructed the client.
  156.
  157. Fair
  158.
  159. If I were to log onto TeamSpeak and saw that the support rooms were backed up with players, I would clarify to move in the person that's been waiting for the longest.
