The First Hour in the Spirit Realm

The war had already happened, but Atla remained in the training room at Jatziri's house, he knew he was not strong enough for this war, previous training proved it, perhaps because he spent so much of his life as a scholar and researcher, and now as a runescriber.

All that Atla could do at that moment was to continue praying to give strength to those who fought bravely for Gehenna.

 As he prayed he continued on his spiritual journey, seeking clarification on his doubts and weaknesses. Once again he focuses mana on his fingers and then draws a circle on the ground, and then draws several runes into the circle in a pattern that would let his energy stabilize while he is meditating.

The preparations were ready, Atla went into the middle of the room and sat in the middle of the runic circle he had drawn, crossing his legs and standing in a meditative position.

[14:01:36] He then began to make energy flow through his body, that energy was his mana itself, his spiritual energy, the fluids was like a calm river, Atla had trained many times to attain this state of concentration.

The runes on the floor were then activated and began to glow in a turquoise shade, the runes were stabilizing the incredible amount of energy flowing out of Atla.

[14:33:10] Atla's mind traveled with his mind, seeking answers to questions he did not even know, but this trip was to a place he still thought mysterious, but a place he knew would be important for his future and present, he he sought the spiritual world.

Previously he had already entered the spirit world, but for a few seconds, and so he trained so much with his energy and the runes so that he could stay for a longer period of time in that place.

The magical element of Atla, the energy, is extremely peculiar, the energy is basically a condensed and crude form of the mana of a magi, and as Atla had studied in Gehenna he knew that the mana is closely linked to the spirit of a magi, and the magical circuits were what made the connection between the body and the spirit of a Magi.

After doing theories Atla had noticed that he could use the runes to temporarily improve his own magical circuit, thus thus maintaining even more firm the relation between body and spirit.

In the physical world the runic circle had already dissipated, his work had already been done and Atla's energy was already stabilized, but the room was filled with turquoise-blue glow, that was the excess energy that Atla was producing and which the runes retreated to maintain balance.

At that moment his spirit had already reached the spiritual world, but in the physical world Raoni had entered the room, Raoni's words had no effect since Atla's spirit was separated from his body at that moment, all Raoni could see was Atla sitting in meditative position and eyes closed while his energy aura flows through Atla's body.

[14:51:56] The pale Gehennan would cross his body, he couldn't understand what has happening, while his words had no effect, he noticed it, perhaps is he Sleeping...? Or maybe...

The Paladin couldn't notice any use of holy magic in that, however he saw the Energy magic overflowing from the man's body, it was fascinating to see, how could someone be sleeping and at the same time be emanating such a powerfull aura.

"Could it be...?"
It waas remarkable, the Krausite in fact had no knowledge about that kind of Magic, but he was sure fascinated, well, Raoni didn't want to bother him, what could happen if he Wake up Atla?! Better not even thinking about it.

The Blonde leaves the room.

[15:12:25] There were few who were able to enter the spirit world freely, only those who were spiritually talkative, and the Energy Magic possessors were capable of this, certainly a place few saw and yet there he was before that immense, intangible world he could see creatures and spirits there, he then kept walking, following a strange path, the feeling in that place was extremely different.

It was as if he had walked through the lifestream itself, he walked for at least an hour, gravity sometimes varied, the geography of the place was something he had never seen before, the horizon seemed to be infinite.

After so long walking his spirit began to get accustomed to the massive energy flowing in that place, his body seemed lighter and more relaxed for an instant, this before entering his body.

The flow of spiritual energy possessed immense power and complexity, Atla's spirit and body could not stand it all, he then returned to the physical world.

Atla was amazed at what she saw after returning to the physical world, the dimly lit little room that was supposed to be dark due to being at night, was now lit by residues of turquoise blue energy that had flowed from her aura and which the runes had dispelled to maintain stability.

 He then rose from the ground and realized something else, the energy still flowing from his body, even after so long in that state, and he did not look tired, on the contrary, his magical circuits seemed to be in perfect harmony with his body and spirit.

Then the images of the currents of energy in the spirit world, their flow, the way they glided through the air, came to mind, everything seemed to make more sense now in Atla's mind.

He then looked around the small room and the waste of energy hovering in the air, Atla then moved with his arms as he kept in his mind the images of the currents of energy and the way they worked, all the waste of energy that floated around the room were now heading for Atla, and then began to be absorbed again by their aura of energy.

Would this be a more advanced form of mana manipulation? Atla was maturing spiritually, her energy and mana growing.

[15:50:49] After gathering all the energy from the room he then decided to take a test, he put his bow on the ground and then began to draw runes around the bow, Atla noticed that the mana that he used on his finger now seemed to be denser.

He then finished writing the runes, after which Atla approached the circle and touched him with the palm of the hand mentalising the Energy element, the runes activated and began to rotate around the bow as they approached slowly, the runes had then if attached to the arch. Atla picked up the bow and intended to throw a weak arrow of energy toward the wall, only to test the force, but was struck when even the small arrow was able to open a relatively large hole in the wall of the house.

"That ... this energy ... the mana seems to be much denser."

Atla put her hand on her head as she made a sad face at the same time she was happy.

"Now I'll have to deal with this damage on the wall ... but the spiritual world isreally helping me a lot, this is a great progress."
