Sleepwet translation

The 'sleepwet',

The renewed law regarding intelligence and security agencies, aka 'sleepwet', is an expansion on the assets these agencies (AIVD and MIVD) are allowed to utilize. The biggest stand-outs are:

* They can deploy a so-called 'sleepnet' (literal translation: dragnet) to en masse spy on civilian communication, even if they're not under any suspicion (or PC).

* Any automated device can be legally hacked, phone, personal computer, smart-TV (think of the samsung camera's..)

* They're allowed to keep a seperate, secret DNA-databank that any agency can access.

* Collected data can be shared with foreign intelligence agencies, even prior to being analyzed.
