Appearance: Dark skin, very sharp teeth, pretty, inquisitive grey eyes. Always looks very put together. Very wiry looking, though has a lot of muscles for when she's moving around. When she's dressed, she looks like she's dripping in jewels. She likes shiny things and likes to keep them close to her. Her bottom half is made of long, thick tentacles that seem to glow in the deeper parts of the ocean, entirely bio-luminescent. They are strong, too, and almost constantly in motion. That, or they're constantly holding something. Her hair is styled just in a way to keep her hair out of her face. She has an uncanny quality- She's very ageless.
Personality: Cool, very collected, almost to the point of being emotionless. Doesn't seem to get humor very much. Exceedingly serious, with very rare smiles. True neutral at its finest- Works strictly in the bounds of her personal code. Never gives somebody more or less than what they bargain for. Has a very bad habit of withholding information because nobody asks. She's very forthcoming with information, but never goes out of her way to do something unless asked. She figures if somebody REALLY wanted something from her, they'll ask her themselves.

She has a soft spot for shiny things and small children. She hates cheaters and is more than willing to give them what she believes they deserve. Her sense of justice is particularly strong when it comes to the deals that she makes, where she is absolutely ruthless. Her rage is the stuff of legends.(edited)
History: She was born in the deep ocean and raised herself. For the most part, she emulated herself on the characters of books she found at docks and ports and in the big mermaid cities. It was here that she taught herself her own special kind of magic and offered it to others- Though, not without cost.

Kleo is a sea witch. She inhabits a small cave in the Pacific Ocean and waits. When people need something from her, they come to her, hopefully with something to offer her in return for whatever they require.

Occasionally, she does bring on apprentices. None stay very long- That is, none save for one. He started as a small, pea sized thing that she picked up years ago, and now he may as well be her surrogate son. This one- She might miss this one when he leaves. We'll see when we get there.
Other: Kelothei specializes in transmutation- That is, making things into other things! She follows the basic laws of alchemy.
