It is said to be a level of internet with internet programming associated with quantum mechanics and quantum computing while others say that it is biology applied to security technology . Many people believe it contains many military secrets including the infamous "Weapons of TESLA" .

We studied how the internet works and did the calculations so to tell you a secret that you could get on very well. The membrane calculation and the PI calculations theory and the theory behind biological computers has yet to go on we do not yet have a formal model to theorize it figuratively to use it yet. Internet programming associated with quantum mechanics & quantum computing is hard to understand right now because one can't really see it to study it but you can still test some quantum scripting virtually.

It's like we are out of reach beyond that besides the military rely on companies and universities for their research. AI can be very simple compared to the human brain or a dog but more complexed than a worm could now exist but are still very rudimentary. The biological calculation is still out of our reach most would say but even if we are getting close, Church and moralists permitting. It is not a matter of secrets and lore, but of technology and that's it.

I know of fungi and bacteria that interact with circuits to move or other I do not think it is so difficult to imagine that it is possible, perhaps for one who has studied and he knows what he's talking about is a bit too futuristic, it's very easy for me to imagine that there's something we do not know but on the verge of soon.

I don't know much about membranes but programming is a creative, not physical, logical process. There are in nature bacteria or viruses that are able to "take possession" of the brains of animals and that I know are also found in the human brain.

There is a machine called MBE which is short for Molecular beam epitaxy that allows you to build an electronic device practically free from defects and counting literally the number of atomic planes. If you want something made up of 100 floors of atoms, you make 100 planes of atoms. The quantum calculation is one thing in computer science on a theoretical basis and then physics which is the practical side.

To understand even a little about what I'm talking about maybe you should know what the quantum bit is as well as how the governments hide things like the Snowden case. People's control is the technology they have and a nation that discovers how to store energy, renounce oil, develop hardware of a different nature would keep it hidden within chaos.

The only way to create this or access this phantom Marianas's Web at Level 5 would be to find a separate private network, like something bouncing around like microwaves and integrate it into the inter-networking with an Ethernet apart and on a world scale is difficult to think because of the physical restrictions of the networks currently in use and under control.
