Regarding future streams

I've been away for a while because of school and technical issues (my hard drive died recently and I've been on this new one for 2 weeks), but I should be back within 3 weeks, as my birthday is coming up next month! (October 17th, I'll be turning 18). I know that seems like a while, but I might be back sooner. I know I took an unexpected hiatus, but I hinted this would happen over the summer since my school schedule is packed more than ever before this year. Here is a layout of what to expect over the next year or so.

Currently I am focusing on Kingdom Hearts 1.5 to ultimately push the any% time under 2:50, but as all of you know by now that is much easier said than done. The time is now so low and optimized that even improving it by around 20-30 seconds is difficult, and the goal is to lower it again by over a minute. Once the 2nd tournament has ended I plan to move away from 1.5 and start learning/relearning certain games, despite if sub 2:50 happens or not. I will have a list below about the games I plan to learn/relearn, but more about 1.5 first.

KH1.5 was the first game that I can say really pushed my attitude as a runner to be the best I can actually be. When I came into this game I didn't think I would get ANYWHERE near the time I have now. Although I have the typical "I hate this game" or "This game sucks" comment from time to time, you can tell I don't really mean that since I still continue to run it. I just want to thank everyone in the community for making this game even better in terms of enjoyment and optimization. I do plan on doing at least 1 Jimminy's Journal 100% run before I leave the game. Even though I may leave this game, I will most likely make a return to it in the future. While I am gone I wish the best of luck to the other talented runners of this game who will in fact do KH1.5, and every other KH game, justice.

Regarding KH2.5: I will be playing 2.5 when it comes out, but I might not speedrun it (If I do I won't put nearly as much time into it as 1.5). When I get 2.5 I will be doing a critical mode 1st time playthrough with a webcam (PogChamp), so get hyped for that in about 2 months. I do not hate 2FM by any means, in fact I may like it more than 1FM after I finally play it, it just doesn't interest me as much 1FM.

Just writing as a means to inform those who I don't talk to on a usual basis, and to thank everyone I have met in the community. It is one of the best feelings I have ever felt to take one of my favorite games and really push it to its limit. It has inspired me to be the best I can possibly be at anything I speedrun, so I am hoping to have that carry over into anything I do. I still hope to keep in contact with the KH community, such as the Teamspeak group and various streams from amazing people, while I run other games outside of the series.

Games I want to learn/relearn:
- Majora's Mask 100% and any%: My last real run of MM was over a year ago (my 5:55:25 from 100%) and so many things have been found in that period of time. Anticipate a return to that sometime in early/mid 2015 (same with the next game in the list).
- Ocarina of Time 100% (and maybe other categories): I have a 1.0 cart so I could use the new route and actually get a decent time in this game (Let's be honest, I was pretty garbage at this game compared to MM). Would learn it mostly for the B2B race (I know I won't join the 2nd race, but I plan on joining a 3rd one if there is one, which I'm sure will happen!)
- Final Fantasy IX: This would be a new game for me to stream/run. I have talked about it briefly on stream, but now I want to actually showcase it. One of my favorite games of all time and I have been obsessed with it recently. THIS WILL PROBABLY BE MY FIRST PROJECT AFTER I AM DONE WITH KH1.5!
- Various other games: I have no definite confirmations on any other games I want to focus on, but as time goes on I'll probably find at least one other game I am interested in running. The three above are more than enough for the time being :P

Thanks again to the KH community for being the best community I have ever seen. Very supportive, helpful, and kind people like you should be seen in every community. I would write a list of special mentions, but it would be silly to list basically everyone. Keep on doing what all of you are doing, this community is only going up from here.

(Although it seems like I am saying goodbyes right now, I will still be around for probably a good month or so to stream 1.5 once I return to streaming. Once I do move on to other things, a lot of this will be more relevant).
