  1. These notes were written during Satoru route, but before it ended. Specifically, it does not cover anything after the "Don't open it" choice. Day numbers were listed for the entries to control spoilers from ahead of Satoru's route, but there is no attempt to avoid Kokoro route spoilers.
  2.
  3. =====
  4. Day 1
  5. =====
  6.
  7. - Day 1. Yuni just arrived at SPHIA earlier that day. Why...?
  8.
  9. - Day 1. Hotori, or rather, Keiko, was clearly speaking during her outburst. But FYuni described her as Hotori. Yuni seems to know her from before.
  10.
  11. - Day 1. Satoru's amnesia makes me suspect Blick Winkel's presence even more.
  12.
  13. =====
  14. Day 2
  15. =====
  16.
  17. - Day 2. Investigating the room. The sleeping pills that Utsumi gave Satkoro were from ZEGTAMIN. Satoru has an ID Card (1331 2223 9801) and an unknown key and a ticket to Australia for Jan 18 2011.
  18.
  19. - Day 2. The magazine revealed a bit more about Yuni's state after being rescued. He never spoke? Why...? His experiences in either the cabin or SPHIA don't seem to be horrific enough for him to be so traumatized that he would never speak. Also, for him to never speak kinda reminds me of Hotori.
  20.
  21. - Day 2. FYuni does not seem to remember being at Mt Akakura, further suggesting that his SPHIA experiences came before his Akakura experiences from his perspective.
  22.
  23. - Day 2. Satoru just asked FYuni if he was a twin, which would explain why FYuni mentioned to Satkoro that she asked him about that already! And with that bit being answered, it's extremely likely that Yuni experienced the facility before the mountain cabin.
  24.
  25. - Day 2. I don't think it's a coincidence that Hotori never talks when Satkoro is around, but can always speak when it's Satoru's turn. Whether she's going through a transference or an actual personality switch, the timing seems too consistent with Satoru/Kokoro switches.
  26.
  27. - Day 2. Yomogi sucking Kokoro's finger? That did not happen in Kokoro's route. And on that note, neither Kokoro nor Kotoru tore up the newspaper either. Is there actually a brief period between the transfers where neither Satoru nor Kokoro are in control over Kokoro's body?
  28.
  29. - Day 2. There are four different CGs of the knife, with different hands. Could it be that there were four different people attacking at different times? One of them looks like Kali's hands, based on the color...
  30.
  31. - Day 2. I distinctly remember FYuni telling Satkoro about the rat corpse (which Satkoro misunderstood). And yet, in Satoru's version, FYuni doesn't show up before the transfer. Once again, there might be a short period of time where the body is controlled by neither Satoru nor Kokoro
  32.
  33. =====
  34. Day 3
  35. =====
  36.
  37. - Day 3. Just noticed, but some of the outfits of the characters in SPHIA were never worn during Satkoro's experiences at SPHIA. Combined with the earlier observation of how Hotori never talks during Satkoro's experiences (and general trends from N7/E17/999, it is possible that Satoru's SPHIA experiences are actually at a different time than Satkoro's SPHIA experiences. They think that they're exchanging consciousness over two different time/place scenarios, but there might actually be two SPHIA timeslots.
  38. It could be the same with the cabin too, though the characters there seem consistent enough that it might not be the case. But for SPHIA, the different outfits + Hotori's massive shift strongly implies that Satoru's and Satkoro's experiences are at different times. The events, the character behavior, and even the note communication, could all be staged.
  39.
  40. - Day 3. Hotori killed the rat but I highly doubt she was the one who poisoned it.
  41.
  42. - Day 3. Now that I think of it, only Hotori sang the Kagome song in SPHIA. Yuni only sang the song on the plane...
  43.
  44. - Day 3. Yay, the ocean! I already wrote about earlier theories about how the cabin experiences might be at multiple locations (or a different location than Mt Akakura) or time periods, so nothing new here. It's nice to see Kotoru's observation of the ocean, which supports my theories further.
  45.
  46. =====
  47. Day 4
  48. =====
  49.
  50. - Day 4. Utsumi spiked the water with something. And then she killed Hotori. The headline being erased is suspicious too, did the events somehow change...?
  51.
  52. Also, the corresponding Bad End had "Satoru" being referred to as "Enomoto Naoya" while he was sitting in a room, probably a psych ward. I don't think I ever heard that name before, but this makes me wonder if maybe Satoru's real name isn't actually "Yukidoh Satoru". In the prologue, he said something that implied that his name seemed unfamiliar to himself, which might actually be due to it not being his real name. Not sure how it would be relevant to the story though, especially since Enomoto Naoya is a completely unknown name, I think.
  53.
  54. The corresponding Kokoro end is pretty interesting. When she returns to the cabin, she doesn't find Yomogi, Lin, or Yuni. This further supports the theory that her cabin exeriences were all staged.
  55.
  56. - Day 4. Satoru gained resistance to the tranquilizer...? What could have happened in his past that caused him to be tranquilized so often...?
  57.
  58. - Day 4. The dude in the control room is Enomoto Naoya. Heh, I didn't think I'd hear that name again so soon.
  59.
  60. - Day 4. So there was actually a physical teleportation involved, and with a whole 110 meter radius too... That does explain quite a bit. In particular, it explains how Satoru saw the ocean in front of the mountain cabin, as well as the same moon. And of course, it explains the personality transfers, though evidently Satoru and Kokoro are the only ones that do NOT actually "transfer". On a minor note, it also explains the radio at SPHIA declaring it to be 2011.
  61.
  62. However, it explains nothing about Yuni at all. It doesn't seem like Yuni's consciousness transfers (i.e. FYuni and CYuni don't mix). And yet, all the clues point to Yuni experiencing the Facility before the Cabin. How does that work?
  63.
  64. Also, what about Hotori's personality? Is it the location that causes her to change personalities or lose her speaking ability? Why doesn't Utsumi notice then? And how come they sometimes wear different clothes that you never see in Kokoro route?
  65.
  66. My guess is that there is actually a third place/time that's also part of the teleportation, alongside Akakura-2011 and SPHIA-2012. And since it's only in SPHIA with the inconsistent clothes and different Hotori behavior, I suspect the third location is also SPHIA with Satoru, but at a different time. Let's say it's at time T. One teleportation involves Akakura-2011 -> SPHIA-T -> SPHIA-2012 -> Akakura-2011, while the other teleportation goes Akakura-2011 -> SPHIA-2012 -> SPHIA-T -> Akakura-2011. So the SPHIA that Satoru experiences is at a different time (and maybe location, considering the time-bending demonstration) than the SPHIA that Kokoro experiences in Satoru's body. That would explain the differences between the SPHIA characters' clothes, and Hotori's personalities when comparing Satkoro's and Satoru's SPHIA experiences. By this theory though, there is a Satoru from time T that keeps shifting between the two SPHIA locations...
  67.
  68. A simpler explanation is that the clothing difference is based on the temperature difference. Kokoro is in the colder area at high altitude and frequent blizzards while Satoru is in the relatively warmer area, so the characters in SPHIA adjust their clothes accordingly. And Hotori's changes might be due to the location and altitude too.
  69.
  70. So, with this knowledge about teleportation in mind, how does Kokoro's ending work? When Kokoro headed out to Location X, it was definitely still Mt Akakura with no ocean. Did a teleportation occur while she was outside the radius? No, if that was the case, she would not have teleported (neither body nor consciousness) and would have faced SPHIA's wall, not being able to return to the cabin. A teleportation must have occurred after she returned to the cabin. But somehow, she didn't transfer to Satoru's body, i.e., her consciousness ALSO transferred, unlike all the previous instances. So when she left the cabin, she saw the ocean for the first time. And Satoru must have been outside SPHIA's 110m radius during the teleportation, so when he headed to SPHIA, he found Kokoro. In fact, maybe it's because Satoru was outside the radius that Kokoro's consciousness teleported as well...? It didn't find Satoru's vessel, so it teleported with everything else and returned to Kokoro's body? It's a bit weird but I can't think of any other theories. And as for the blonde corpse, it was found in Mt Akakura, so I dunno where it came from. Maybe she's from 2012, who tried to get into SPHIA (by the helicopter?), found the teleported Mt Akakura instead, got caught into the teleportation, and died from the blizzard that she absolutely wasn't expecting?
  71.
  72. - Day 4. Okay, Enomoto's death confirms the involvement of a third personality. Neither Kotoru nor Satoru stabbed Enomoto to death. Somebody must have possessed Satoru's body after the Kotoru experience but before the Satoru experience. During this brief period, this 3rd personality killed Enomoto (with his own knife?) before Satoru returned to his body.
  73.
  74. - Day 4. Yuni stuff explained. It was pretty simple, I'm surprised I didn't consider that possibility. So FYuni is 11 years old and CYuni is 12 years old. The question is, what did Yuni's body and consciousness experienced between the FYuni state and the CYuni state? The simple answer is that FYuni returned to Mt Akakura and CYuni returned to SPHIA (implying that a teleportation occurred while both were outside the 110m radius). So FYuni was found in 2011, and he returned to SPHIA a year later to become CYuni. And after the seven days in the cabin, CYuni will return to SPHIA 2012 and continues on with his life.
  75.
  76. The problem is, CYuni explicitly stated that he is the one who was found in 2011. But if this same CYuni continues on and returns to SPHIA one year later (from CYuni's internal time), then CYuni's entire lifespan is an impossible one-year circle. If CYuni and FYuni are truly the same body and consciousness at different points of Yuni's internal time, then their experiences must intersect at some point. If that point is not the point after the seven days at Akakura/SPHIA, then when was that point and how did it intersect both CYuni and FYuni? Also, note, CYuni said he never transferred even once, i.e. his consciousness never separated from his body; this might be relevant for eliminating false theories.
  77.
  78. In particular, I suspect that it might be connected to Hotori... somehow. The rescued Yuni never spoke... could Hotori's consciousness (from Kokoro route) have claimed his body? CYuni said he never transferred, but maybe this transfer is actually his future, when/after he is rescued. FYuni is also pretty close to Hotori, and addressed her as Hotori before anyone else did.
  79.
  80. Regardless, assuming CYuni is not lying, we know that CYuni existed before the seven days at SPHIA, and FYuni existed during the seven days at SPHIA. Therefore, this FYuni must have, at some point, travelled to the past. The only way to go to the past that we know is through the quantum teleportation. So at some point, FYuni teleported to Mt Akakura. But FYuni was not the Yuni that was rescued; it was CYuni that was supposedly rescued. When did FYuni return to Mt Akakura and how did he get himself out...?
  81.
  82. =====
  83. Day 5
  84. =====
  85.
  86. - Day 5. Third personality is pretty much confirmed at this point, since they took the MAO inhibitor and chemicals in SPHIA, and ate all the hard tack in the cabin. I bet this third personality also tore up the newspaper on Day 1, asked Yomogi to suck her finger in Day 2, told FYuni he'd take care of the rat corpse in Day 3, and stabbed Enomoto to death in Day 4.
  87.
  88. - Day 4. I re-read the part about CYuni saying that he was the one rescued. I misunderstood the first time, I think. It seems that the rescued Yuni was in CYuni's past. Which means that at some point, FYuni and CYuni will switch places again, returning to their proper time. In order for this to be possible, there are two possibilities:
  89. 1) FYuni strays outside the SPHIA radius during a teleportation, and then he enters the radius into Mt Akakura, which then teleports back to 2011, where he is rescued.
  90. 2) FYuni leaves SPHIA while it's in 2011 (i.e. sometime after a teleportation) and finds himself in the mountain. SPHIA presumably teleports back to 2012, leaving FYuni stuck in the mountain with the cabin.
  91.
  92. - Day 5. Hotori said she might be in "the same situation". Wait, that might explain the differences in Hotori between Satoru's and Satkoro's perspectives. Like Satoru and Kokoro, Hotori's consciousness does not teleport with everything else. So they feel like they're undergoing some kind of personality exchange too. Only problem is, whose body does Hotori-2011 inhabit in Mt Akakura? From Kokoro route, Hotori-2011 described something about a red room. Is there some red room within 110m of the cabin where Hotori-2011's true body is held inside? How did her body survive all this time?
  93.
  94. Hotori further implied that Satoru is the culprit. From my SPHIA-T theory, it does sound like Satoru from Year T is doing a lot of sketchy stuff during the brief moments in which he inhabits Kokoro's or 2012 Satoru's bodies.
  95.
  96. - Day 5. Well, well, well, Kotoru just discovered the blonde corpse, and found her Driver's License identifying her as the actual Suzukage Hotori. I think this pretty much confirms that Hotori's consciousness doesn't teleport, i.e. it switches between the blonde lady and the black-haired Hotori in SPHIA. Where was the blonde lady aka Hotori-2011 all this time then? I dunno, but I'm imagining there is a red room somewhere since that fits what Hotori-2011 told Satkoro. Was she also from the plane crash? How did she survive all this time then? Also, if Hotori-2011 just died, then what happens to Hotori-2012? The previous Bad Ends implied that when one of Satoru/Kokoro dies, the other one's consciousness vanishes too. So if Hotori-2011 died, then so would Hotori-2012...?
  97.
  98. Terminology for this theory from now on:
  99. Hotori-2011 - The consciousness in 2011 that inhabits the body of the black-haired girl in SPHIA whenever it is teleported to 2011. This is the one Satkoro always encounters. She appears to be psychologically unable to speak.
  100. Hotori-2012 - Consciousness in 2012 that inhabits the same body in SPHIA. This is the one Satoru always encounters.
  101. (just to be clear, if this theory persists, then the terms Hotori-2011 and Hotori-2012 will refer to the consciousness, not the body, unless otherwise specified)
  102.
  103. - Day 5. Satoru's body goes on a rampage. Wasn't expecting that, but it's consistent with the theory about a third personality (possibly Satoru from a different time) inhabiting these bodies.
  104.
  105. - Day 5. The surveillance footage of Satoru's rampage revealed quite a bit. Most notably that there was a distinct period of calm Satoru talking to FYuni before the rampage. From the earlier SPHIA-T theory, I guessed that SPHIA-2012 was controlled only by Satoru and the third personality. But the footage implies that Kokoro did jump to SPHIA-2012 after all, since she was talking to Yuni before the rampage. It makes no sense for the third personality to pretend to be Kokoro if he was going to go on a rampage anyway.
  106.
  107. So Satoru's body in SPHIA-2012 was inhabited by three distinct personalities: Kokoro, Satoru, and the third personality. Well, the order is Satkoro -> Sat3rd -> Satoru. Each personality occupied Satoru's body for one of three distinct time periods. Where were they during the other two time periods? They likely each spend one time period in Kokoro's body, which leaves the third time period a mystery.
  108.
  109. In this case, the teleportation would go SPHIA-2012 -> SPHIA-T -> Akakura-2011 -> SPHIA-2012 in all instances. While this would explain the Satkoro -> Sat3rd -> Satoru transitions, it also implies that both Satoru and Kokoro experience SPHIA-T. Could it be that the red primordial sea sensation that Satoru often experiences might actually be his experience in SPHIA-T? Is his consciousness just floating without a vessel? Or does he possess a vessel that cannot sense the world around it? And I suppose this is the state that the 3rd personality is usually in, when it's not possessing either Kokoro or Satoru. By this theory, the 3rd personality likely originates from this vessel with the primordial sea sensation in SPHIA-T. By the way, it might not actually be SPHIA (likely isn't, given the primordial sea sensations), but I'll continue to refer to it as SPHIA-T anyway.
  110.
  111. =====
  112. Day 6
  113. =====
  114.
  115. - Day 6. Several problems with Satoru's theory about Hotori. The assumption that Hotori's consciousness remains in Keiko's body if Hotori's original body dies seems contradictory to how a death for either Satoru or Kokoro (or even Satkoro or Kotoru) results in the other one being erased, seeing their corpse and vanishing, as shown in various Bad Ends. Furthermore, Satoru and Satkoro observe very different personalities in the body of Inubushi Keiko, so there are two distinct personalities involved. Of course, Satoru doesn't have access to these data, so his conclusion is understandable.
  116.
  117. However, it doesn't change the fact that the body of the original Suzukage Hotori is dead. It could be that Hotori-2011 is dead now while Hotori-2012 (likely Keiko) is in Keiko's body now and will disappear in the next teleportation. But this implies that Hotori's original body was alive during prior teleportations, which is extremely unlikely. She was likely dead for a while, and there were many teleportations that occurred while Hotori's original body was dead.
  118.
  119. Maybe the original Hotori's body went inside the circle during the first teleportation but then left the circle when she died. But if that were the case, then the consciousness that inhabited her dying body should have been erased. Therefore, there should not have been two different personalities inhabiting Keiko's body. Unless, of course, she does have DID, but so far, the alignment between her personality shifts and the teleportations are too consistent to suggest that it's due to DID.
  120.
  121. In any case, I'm fairly sure there are at least two different personalities here: the silent one that Satkoru observes, and the snarky one that Satoru observes. Given that Satoru-Kokoro transitions are paired with a 3rd personality, then Hotori likely has a third personality too, which neither Satkoro nor Satoru would observe. This also implies the SPHIA-T theory, which indicates that all of Hotori's personalities are at SPHIA-T. Consider Hotori-2011's description about a red room that really bothered her, she could have been referring to the primordial sea sensation in SPHIA-T. Still, I'm not sure how Hotori can continue these transitions if the original Hotori's body died in Mt Akakura early on.
  122.
  123. Speaking of Hotori, there's also the fact that FYuni seemed to know her from before. Maybe the Yuni in the plane was actually familiar with Suzukage Hotori. In fact, he might have been travelling with her, because I can't imagine an 11-year-old travelling by plane by himself. And when they arrived at SPHIA, she managed to convey to him that her personality was in this body of Inubushi Keiko, and he acknowledged that.
  124.
  125. =====
  126. Day 7
  127. =====
  128.
  129. - Day 7. Satoru points out that he never noticed any shaking or ringing in his ears. And neither did any of the other characters, from our observations. Perhaps it's because those periods of time were always inhabited by the third personality.
  130.
  131. - Day 7. Hotori behaving weirdly in the surveillance footage, Hotori attacking Naoya, these are starting to make me reconsider the theory that there are staged events involved. Hotori, or at least one personality inside her, is deliberately setting up her actions in order to construct a specific perception for Satoru/Satkoro. Possibly to ensure that SPHIA-2012 and SPHIA-T have consistent events whenever this Satoru and this Kokoro jump in...?
  132.
  133. - Day 7. About time Satoru realized there's a third personality and a third time/place. And yeah, I should stop calling the 2011 area as Akakura, since the mountain is the entire region which doesn't move. Only the cabin and the area around it moves. Now, let's tackle his mysteries.
  134.
  135. 1. Satkoro's time being incorrect (by 33 minutes) is pretty interesting. I can't actually remember how Satkoro checked the time at SPHIA. If it wasn't through Satoru's watch (did she ask Utsumi?), then her source was likely incorrect. But if she used the same source, i.e. the watch, then it's quite a mystery. She possesses Satoru's body right after Satoru occupies his own body, so Satalpha could not have changed the time to create this discrepancy. This mystery might not seem like a big deal, but it makes me wonder if my reasoning (and Satoru's) is actually critically off the mark in some aspect.
  136.
  137. 2. The primordial sea sensation is likely referring to the consciousness being in Alpha's body. Why they have this experience is based on who Alpha actually is. Could Alpha be a floating consciousness (from time T) with no vessel (body)?
  138.
  139. 3. Time and location of the 3rd place. The one thing we do know is that the three points must fall on a line in the space-time representation. The only references to other time periods that I can recall are: Keiko's murders in Jan 2009, the newspaper and magazine in July 2011, and the birth of Utsumi's twins in August 2011. Hotori's experiences with personality exchanges might suggest Jan 2009, but the hospital murder was only a single night and I think it would be too much of a coincidence if the three points overlap exactly. On the other hand, July 2011 stands out as being roughly the midpoint between Jan 2011 and Jan 2012 (so it's the origin in Enomoto's space-time figure), but we don't really know what happened in July 2011 despite it popping up in the newspaper and magazine. If the third time is July 2011, then the third area is the midpoint between the Cabin and SPHIA, in both location and altitude. I have no idea where that is, and can't recall any other areas being referenced, besides Junichi's hospital.
  140.
  141. 4. Who is Alpha? I don't know, but it connects to Mystery #2 in the sense that Alpha's experience at time T (which is Alpha's true form) seems to have that primordial sea sensation that Satoru experiences. Satoru suspects that Alpha's actions may not be malicious, but are like an innocent child at play. I dunno, I felt like it was definitely malicious but Satoru is probably on to something here. I don't really have any ideas myself.
  142.
  143. - Day 7. Moegi village in the district of Hiwa, Hokkaido. Uhh... no, it does not ring any bells. Satoru figured out who Alpha is, whaaaaat? I still don't know. I should've written down all the locations that I heard while reading, gah.
  144.
  145. ================
  146. Plan Failure END
  147. ================
  148.
  149. - Day 7. Plan failure END. Yay, I was right about Satoru's real name being Enomoto Naoya. That is, the blonde person was originally Enomoto Naoya, while the black-haired person was originally Yukidoh Satoru. Anyhow, before going into that, this ending established that Enomoto Naoya and Yukidoh Satoru started up some plan, which ended in failure once "Satoru" showed up to their base. I'm still not sure what the plan objectives are but I'm guessing it involves saving Kokoro, Lin, and Yomogi from the Cabin.
  150.
  151. Now, for the Satoru-Naoya thing, it's very likely that the two people that we see in this ending are the actual Satoru and Naoya with no personality swaps. This is consistent with the Utsumi rampage ending, where "Satoru" in his blonde body was referred to as Enomoto Naoya in the ending, because that's what official records would indicate from his appearance. There are several issues that pop up now.
  152.
  153. The blonde body clearly belongs to the person named Naoya. Not Satoru. So who is the "Satoru" that we were following all this time? Is it Naoya in his own body with altered/transplanted memories that caused him to believe that he is Satoru? Or is it Satoru with correct traces of his own memories that somehow got into Naoya's body? I'm leaning towards the latter, due to the final hint of the Plan Failure END, where Naoya (blonde) says he prefers black coffee whereas Satoru (black) disagrees. The Satoru that we know prefers milk coffee, so it is likely the consciousness of the original Yukidoh Satoru with black hair, but is currently occupying the body of Enomoto Naoya (blonde). This is further suggested by the statement of Satoru (black) that 'He is an "I" that _I_ have nothing to do with', i.e., that it is his own consciousness that inhabited the blonde body that entered the cube and ruined their plan, which Satoru (black) wants to disassociate himself from.
  154.
  155. Regardless of who inhabits this body, most characters don't really know Satoru (or encountered him very recently) so they're likely all being deceived. The only exception is Lin, who was dating Satoru for over two years well before 2011. That was likely before any body-switching / memory-transplanting, so the Satoru that she was in love with was actually the true Yukidoh Satoru, i.e. the black-haired dude. ...My mental image of blonde Satoru swinging Lin round and round has just been shattered and replaced by the black-haired dude.
  156.
  157. - Day 7. Plan Failure End. But this time, the ending was triggered by deliberately picking incorrect answers in early Day 7 (I'm avoiding the Good End). And it revealed a lot more. Most of which were stuff I already guessed, e.g., time T is July 2011. But the main key is that the location of the July 2011 area is... the place where Utsumi was hospitalized.
  158. ...
  159. ...
  160. Everything is starting to fall into place now. Alpha is none other than one of the unborn twin children that Utsumi was bearing. And the other twin is likely the 3rd personality in Hotori's body. I distinctly recall one of the primordial sea sensations referencing being surrounded by amniotic fluid. It was written like a metaphor, but it may have actually been literal. Satoru and Kokoro are actually inhabiting this unborn child, with very limited ability to sense the world around them, under the darkness and enclosed space of Utsumi's womb.
  161.
  162. That would also explain why Alpha would plunge Satoru's body into the water. After all, the original Alpha can't breathe, and survives inside the pool of amniotic fluid. It's natural for Alpha to try to keep Satoru's body deep within the water. And those rampages would be like the tantrum of an infant (except they're actually unborn in this case). Eating the hard tack and drinking the bottles would just be the natural instinct to feed itself, with no ability to reason out the situation. This also explains Hotori's random actions in Satoru's bedroom, during the bathtub incident; she was also controlled by an unborn child at the time.

  164. Still though, if it was an unborn child, could they have really been able to control an adult's body so well? They completely lack that experience after all. And those rampages don't seem entirely mindless. Why would an unborn child stab the black-haired body in the chest repeatedly? Or squeeze Yuni's neck? They should not have any concept of death, or even pain. Hotori's attack on the black-haired body also seems very specific. Furthermore, the rampages don't seem to happen with every jump, but only with some of them. My guess is that the unborn children were not in an untampered state. In July 2011, they must have been experimented with. They were probably implanted with the basic ability to control an adult's body to some extent (like eating and drinking), and they may have been externally stimulated to trigger the rampages.

  166. (Rechecking stuff from the start while invoking a Bad End from Kokoro route)
  167. - Day 1. The first scene is called Pre-Natal. Yup, Alpha is almost certainly one of Utsumi's unborn children. The descriptions there also seem consistent with this theory.
  168.
  169. - Day 3. Kagome song is about a pregnant woman. Symbolizing Utsumi? The crane and the turtle slipped and fell... the celebration slipped away. Who is that behind you? Probably referring to how one of Utsumi's children is always following Satoru and Kokoro in their personality changing journeys. For Hotori to sing the song multiple times and to bring it up now suggests that she might have made the link to Utsumi's children. After all, the other twin is probably following Hotori's exchanges too.

  171. - Day 4. Black-haired dude (Naoya in Satoru's body, I think) said that "you" (blonde-haired protag) should know the reason behind this device better than anyone. The protag is likely to be Satoru in Naoya's body. His objective was probably to save Lin.
  172.
  173. - Day 5. Yup, the spinning Lin CG does not even show Satoru's hair color. I'm pretty sure it's black hair.
  174.
  175. - Day 6. Yeah, Utsumi did explicitly mention the location. She was held underground in a private room. It all fits.
  176.
  177. - Day 7. Plan Failure End. I made sure to have the protag prefer black coffee. In this ending, the black-haired Yukidoh agrees with the blonde Naoya about black coffee's superiority. This difference strongly suggests that the black-haired Yukidoh's preferences are aligned with the protag, thus confirming that the protag is Yukidoh in Naoya's body.
