gushing_granny: varrakin successfully destroyed the oppressive government and got rid of the monsters once and for all in one fell swoop

gushing_granny: in order to deepen his trust with the monster king

gushing_granny: he did 2 important things to make sure he trusted him

gushing_granny: first, he used his discoveries of chemical reactions to develop temporary augmentations for himself

gushing_granny: it gave him horns, clawed hands and feet, made his skin rougher and slightly scaly, and gave him a tail

gushing_granny: it was a symbolic "change" from bellatorian to monster

gushing_granny: which is why yesterday i said varrakin hit celipha with a tail for no reason

gushing_granny: but there WAS a reason

gushing_granny: secondly

gushing_granny: a long time ago, varrakin discovered a void stone

gushing_granny: it was a medium sized normal one

gushing_granny: it boosted his powers, and gave him the celestial ability of the celestial devourer

gushing_granny: which meant that he could absorb large amounts of energy easily, and without using magic

gushing_granny: he witheld this information from the monster king however

gushing_granny: and told him that the void stone was the key to unlocking the secrets of the universe

gushing_granny: all you have to do is direct a large quantity of energy into the void stone

gushing_granny: the monster king ate that shit up, and released around 20% of his energy, converting it into stable energy by the direction of varrakin

gushing_granny: it was absorbed into the stone, and stayed there

gushing_granny: varrakin then did something sneaky sneaky

gushing_granny: you see, he didnt tell the monster king that he already knew where all the secret bases of the central government were

gushing_granny: he told him that the stone would, only after the monster king gave up his energy

gushing_granny: so, after these events, over the course of the next few days

gushing_granny: varrakin absorbed the energy for himself in secret, boosting his power

gushing_granny: why did he do this?

gushing_granny: you might remember, i told you about how some ancient species documented information discovered by the celestials

gushing_granny: but, this included information about void stones

gushing_granny: void stones have a special property

gushing_granny: they are tailor made to be used by warriors who constantly train to increase their abilities

gushing_granny: when you train, when you reach a certain level of power

gushing_granny: you get another celestial ability, as a freebie

gushing_granny: varrakin trained constantly, but couldnt reach this level

gushing_granny: but guess what happened when he absorbed that massive amount of energy from the monster king?

gushing_granny: he got many times stronger.

gushing_granny: strong enough, infact, to acquire this new skill

gushing_granny: he got celestial awakening, and because of the void protectors influence, he learned how to use it instantly

gushing_granny: there was about a week gap between varrakin making his way to the monster king

gushing_granny: and the day that all the dark energy infused stuff started disintegrating

gushing_granny: he spent the last 3 days training his celestial awakening

gushing_granny: btw, this is off topic, but if you unlock celestial destruction before you unlock celestial awakening, celestial awakening is much more powerful

gushing_granny: its stll strong of course

gushing_granny: but i'd put it around getting a power multiplier of 20 v.s a power multiplier of 50

gushing_granny: so if goku unlocked celestial destruction and awakening before he fought frieza, he wouldnt even have to go super saiyan

gushing_granny: anyhoo

gushing_granny: that fateful day when varrakin systematically destroyed the central government with the aid of the monster king

gushing_granny: so, varrakin is a bad ass

gushing_granny: he trained his celestial awakening, so now he can increase his power x20 with no problem

gushing_granny: all he had to do now was lead the monster king to the secret bases and government cities

gushing_granny: you already know what happens next

gushing_granny: at this point varrakin had to buy time and make sure that the monster king didnt know what he was up to

gushing_granny: he knew that the dark energy that the monster king had absorbed would accelerate his demise

gushing_granny: but he couldnt pin down when

gushing_granny: he knew that if he started trying to kill the king, he wouldnt be powerful enough and his monster army would rush him

gushing_granny: he was going to have to do 2 things for this to work

gushing_granny: first

gushing_granny: he was going to have to lead the mking to a large group of powerful bellatorians so they could help restrain him until he disintegrated

gushing_granny: and most importantly, second

gushing_granny: he was going to have to bank on his celestial awakening to keep the dking and his monsters at bay

gushing_granny: he knew he could easily succeed or fail in this mission

gushing_granny: but the stakes were too high, he had already taken out the government and their patrolmen

gushing_granny: so, this leads to the events that i have already covered

gushing_granny: he leads the mking to a group of bellatorians

gushing_granny: he was lucky, celipha being in the crowd and rushing him gave him the opportunity to prove himself to the mking that little bit further

gushing_granny: you see, he could tell the mking was looking for any sign possible that varrakin was going to betray him

gushing_granny: to bad he didnt know shit about dark energy, or he may have been able to see through the devious lies that varrakin told him

gushing_granny: when the mking saw him do this, he dropped his guard

gushing_granny: "yes, he is truly one of us...."

gushing_granny: when varrakin noticed the mking shift his attention away from him to the group of bellatorians, he began pulled a small vial out of his coat and drunk it

gushing_granny: this vial altered his genetics

gushing_granny: his tail began to shrink

gushing_granny: his claws began to fall off

gushing_granny: all that stuff

gushing_granny: then, he proceeded to attack the mking viciously, knocking him to the ground

gushing_granny: he had already initiated the final step in his plan, but he knew the events would play out really fast and if he slipped up, he would fail miserable

gushing_granny: *miserably

gushing_granny: he turned his attention to the mkings army

gushing_granny: at this point he had already activated his celestial awakening

gushing_granny: "i call upon the celestial void, give me the strength to defeat my enemies, for they are not worthy"

gushing_granny: "kan art, dark hail"

gushing_granny: his boosted power, combined with the massive increase from activating celestial awakening, was enough to 1 shot the entire monster kings army.

gushing_granny: the battle was already over.

gushing_granny: varrakin already knew the mking would be torn apart by the dark energy soon, he simply had to bide his time

gushing_granny: he used up most of his power killing off his army, but he had just enough left to suppress the king as he instructed the bellatorians to help him

gushing_granny: game, set, match.

gushing_granny: the monster king gets pissed off, charges up a massive orb of dark energy, he cant contain it, it rips apart his body, and varrakin kills him

gushing_granny: mission success.

gushing_granny: so, fast forward a couple of wave cycles after thats

gushing_granny: *that

gushing_granny: which would be roughly 6 months

gushing_granny: varrakin coordinated the scientists with the monks to move everyone to his moonbase that he was funding

gushing_granny: and he unveiled his new invention

gushing_granny: the ability to convert energy into chemicals and gases

gushing_granny: which means they could simulate their atmosphere on the moon, and escape their dying world

gushing_granny: so, everyone feels bad that they overuse magic

gushing_granny: they forbid the use of it, and the scientists and even the monks vow to find an alternative

gushing_granny: since they could simulate their atmosphere, conditions were pretty stable

gushing_granny: they begin to mine the resources on their moon, and they discovered a few important things

gushing_granny: minerals that naturally absorb energy

gushing_granny: and a dense metal

gushing_granny: they assimilated teams to fly off to the nearby stars in their solar system

gushing_granny: carrying with them massive chunks of the energy absorbing mineral

gushing_granny: they would collect radiation from the stars rays, then bring it back

gushing_granny: this energy allowed them to continue to generate the artificial atmosphere, and allowed them to further their research

gushing_granny: but varrakin and the rest of the scientists knew that it was far superior to have a scientific interpretation

gushing_granny: the basic explanation for the more spiritual interpretation of energy was similar to how it is explained in dbz

gushing_granny: there is a force within the universe that responds to the energy

gushing_granny: this continued for a long time, until finally, 2 bellatorian spaceships came in contact with a foreign construct

gushing_granny: the machines that the bellatorians discovered were actually ataman space stations

gushing_granny: fast forward a bit, they begin interacting with the people

gushing_granny: bellatorian officials used the mind link technique to read the atamans mind and learn their language

gushing_granny: which obviously facilitated contact at a faster, more efficient rate

gushing_granny: the atamans rejoiced, another intelligent species they could share their culture with

gushing_granny: when ataman government officials began to inquire about the methods by which they read minds, the bellatorian high command responded, saying "you do not know? we simply use our energy."

gushing_granny: you see, the savarians and the darkkin knew about energy and could use it better than the atamans

gushing_granny: but the darkkin refused to divulge the information of their ancient, sacred rites and the savarians used energy for mostly combat reasons, which didnt concern the atamans

gushing_granny: so, as the bellatorians and the atamans began to share their cultures, they began to share their technologies as well

gushing_granny: the flexibility of the bellatorian energy+the vast advancements of ataman computers and technology=oshitson

gushing_granny: the methods by which the bellatorians farmed and stored energy were many times superior to the atamans, due to their natural affinity with it

gushing_granny: they basically solved their energy problem, which ended the need for atamans to go world to world, sucking the planets they found dry

gushing_granny: and with coordination with bellatorian/ataman research and development

gushing_granny: upgraded artificial pulses, with the complexity and efficiency of the ataman computer technology
