Dark Chocolate Chewy Cookies:
1 Cup Flour
2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups milk
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Cream Cheese
1/2 cup eggs
Mix in sturdy mixing bowl until fluffy and thick
Spread 1 layer batter across thin foil baking sheet
Preheat oven 425* Fahrenheit
Dollop a small pat of cream cheese onto the center of the cookie batter
Cover the rest with the remaining batter.
Cook at 425* Fahrenheit for 13-17 minutes.
Let set and cool.
