[17:01] Teodor steps forward, a strange, friendly smile on his face. He offers a gentle wave over at the members of Moonfall who came pouring out.

"Helloooo!" he calls out, in a sing-song, whimsical tone.

"I am Teodor, Commander of the Thunderbird Company!" he says. "We are here just for..."

He scans the lineup. Doesn't look like they were present.

"The self-proclaimed Sand King. That is all. We didn't come here to start some kind of big fight or anything! I assure you." He extends his arms out in a warm gesture.

She said, referring to the one knight that she had been made aware of.

"To come here and make Demands when Osrona so boldly failed their attempt to attack us?"

"I believe you should run along, find your sand king in the desert." Which was exactly where she planned to send him after this rather annoying debacle.

[17:10] Lukas eyes fell upon what seemed to be the entire damn village emerging from beyond the large trees. How annoying. It's made to seem like a fight was about to occur. They hoped for one, truly, but leaned against the tree silently, counting all that stood before them.

[17:14] A thousand insects herald his arrival, a creature clinging to every branch it could find, a million eyes staring upon the knights that had approached Moonfall's gate. The buzzing encompasses the archdruid, clad in his robes, adorned with fetishes carved out of skulls and bones. A decaying wood mask rests upon his visage, insects crawling in and out of the sockets as if hiding away from the light of those present.

He arrives only in time for Ororo to offer an exchange, himself silent were it not for the clear eruption of static noise that his bugs emit. There's no way to tell what emotion Cairn wore, though when he speaks, his voice is hollow and empty, monotone, dull, flat.

"..I am sorry. Did the Order truly come to our gates. Less than a year after we sent them running from their attack. And demand, on their command, we hand over anyone?" There's a blue mist that stretches outwards from the mask's hollow eyes, a stain on the world that illuminates the area in a spiritual guise.

He moves past the Knights, slowly, twitching at his joints as if he were a shambling corpse, propelled forth by the insects inside of him. He finds his way to stand beside of Ororo, turning his gaze so that the cone of misty blue mana encompasses those at the gate.

"..Am I mistaken? Or is that what is happening?"

The woman would slowly beckon the group to turn back. The operation was most certainly a bust. But it would most certainly be a shame if a fight broke out. However her hues would face the Druid in question. A mask similar to the beast as well...

He squints.

"The members of the Watch who accompany me only did so as formality. But, if you say you will not hand him over to us, that's fine. We..." His smile fades a little. He cautiously eyes all the surrounding people.

"Clearly, could not fight you if we wanted to. Though, you'd surely lose many people. The Thunderbird Company is not some motley band of ruffians. We are the strongest paramilitary guild in the lands. Though-" He begins to laugh, at himself.

"You don't care about that! Tonashi, I can't guarantee my people will not get involved. We're a Company. We fight for the winners, because it's beneficial for us." His wife, Molly, had begun to rub off on him... he cared a lot more about money than he once did.

She glances to the crowd for a moment, examining the possible threat. Maybe it would be best to get more adults, but Myrtle wanted in on the action too.

[17:33] He speaks up the moment that Ororo makes Moonfall's intent clear. His voice is dull and flat, a secondary to the other's immediate command. When he speaks, it's encompassed and almost drowned out by the swarming insects that surround. They're agitated, riled, but do not move. Instead, they just stare.

Waiting a command.

"To do business. On the command of the Order. Is enough to make you part of the Order. It is pathetic to say otherwise. You know who your masters are."

He looks back towards Holly, the misty blue glow encompassing her, the spiritual mana wandering over her, as if judging her. Whatever that judgement was, it quickly pulls back to Teodor, a blank mask staring upon his visage.

"Run back to your masters. Before I lose my patience. And I send you back to them. Bleached bones and all."

[17:33] Teodor's eyes form a cruel glare. His characteristic smile disappears.

"Holly..."

His hands clench into fists. He trembles a little.

"Holly's not here as a Knight. She's here as my sister. Don't you fucking-" His eyes widen. His face goes pale. His breath becomes ragged.

Holly... who is Holly?

He looks disoriented and confused. Anyone with a bit of perception can sense something immediately wrong about Teodor. Some kind of panic attack? No...

Teodor grits his teeth and stares at Ororo with rage. Everything about Teodor, in that moment, had changed. Where once there stood a child-like, chipper, happy-go-lucky young man, there was now a darker, more sinister, serious man. Everything about him changed, from his voice, to his posture.

Like he'd just suddenly transformed into a whole, other person. Even his mana seems to have shifted, somewhat.

"A joke..." He continues to tremble. "A joke-...."

He looks like he's about to say or do something REAL stupid. Maybe, someone can stop him in time.

[17:34] Margot nods at Myrtle and turns towards the village saying
"If we get one you can keep it"

She stretched and waved towards the loud man, a little antsy that she had been couped up in the village all day

[17:35] Louis knew exactly how it this all was going to go down, so Louis was going to be the smart cookie.

So... seeing that he wasn't with the thunderbirds either? The Captain of the Park just bowed their head and walked off with the peace sign.

[17:36] Krís leans into the tree with her shoulder. With a crisis seemingly averted, Kris could relax and just listen in.

[17:38] Lukas clapped their hands together, hard, it echoed a bit through the forest. The magi took steps forward, past Tali and to Teodor. Their eyes look with Cairn, like the calm before a raging hurricane.

"That's a shame. We'll get out of your hair then." They say, a smile on their face as both hands plant on Teodor's shoulder. They noted his trembling greatly and tugged him back.

"Again, a shame. We'll get our man regardless since that's where the coin is. Terribly sorry to knock on your doorsteps~ Maybe we'll meet again?" Their smile became a grin, lips soon jokingly puckering out at Cairn and Ororo. They were having fun- Perhaps attempting to provoke them before the group made their depart.

"Buh bye, people of Moonfall~" They wanted to fight, to drown this entire village. Their grip on Teodor's shoulder tightened as they pushed him back towards their own group.

"It was lovely meeting you all."

[17:38] She looks on at all the faces and eyes with wide eyes of wonder. "Woah! Are those Osronans?" She asks to those closesti n the back.

[17:41] Deimos says, "Hmm... I wonder if I could just.."
[17:41] Shrike walked up to Teodor, a hand tugging at the Thunderlord's shoulder. He saw their odds and they weren't well, they had the opportunity to leave and hopefully Teodor could see past his seething rage and think clearly.

Teodor doesn't Lukas' tugging at all. He stumbles back a little. He keeps his eyes focused straight on Ororo.

"I'm not..."

His voice falters. He extends his arm out toward Ororo. For a moment, it looks like he's about to chuck some kind of spell at them.

But nothing happens.

"I am free. I do not have masters. I am free... I am free..."

He clenches his outstretched hand into a fist.


"..... Right?"

He allows himself to be dragged off. He looks really pathetic, in this moment.

THIS was the leader of the 'legendary' Thunderbird Company? What a fucking joke.

[17:44] The woman would slowly stare at the druid before her. She knew that there would be a huge problem. It was very clear of what had happened. They were easily brushed off. And had to walk back in empty handed as a simple result.

Her magenta hue's however, would face the man Grendel. Bulky, tall and musclebound. Kind of like many of her Drakkanite cousins. It was irritating to not get what they asked for. But now this had reassured her worries.


"Well. That is most certainly all. It is certainly tiring to see how a man, a king of the desert would disappear so swiftly. Oh well, justice never fails to find what it needs. And he will know that his sins of his past will catch up to him."

The woman would attempt grab Teodor by the shoulder. And slowly attempt to walk out of there.

"That's enough. Lets head out. You broke protocol SO many times!"

She said gritting her teeth.

His finger pointed at Lukas- nothing seemed to happen , but then his hand would fall silently to the side.

[17:48] She peeks around, "I don't get it, didn't they declare war, why are they here? Wheres all the stabbing?" She was genuinely curious. She then rears her fangs at the outsides with a hiss.

[17:48] Kris scoffed at the Drakanite when they mentioned sins. Like they couldn't ever see how they tipped the moral scale here today.

"What do you know about sins? There is no justice to be served here, ever. Leave these people alone already. Didn't it feel good enough to snuff out the small encampment in the desert?"

The tone Kris used was certainly to mock the drakanite's statements. Taking to a pose herself, leaning forward with their hands to her hips when she spoke.

[17:49] The Dancer smiles, watching Teodor and his outstretched hand. That tangible fury that blazed within his confused eyes. She blinks slowly, keeping silent while he struggled with his own words.

The Sparkling Loa exhales softly, smiling behind her finger and lightly tilting her frame. Her stance was a flirty one as usual, that dreamy allure accentuated by the sparkling golden trails of light from her tattoos.

"You have been warned. If you knew true freedom you would not be seeking work for knights, you would not be sullying your hands by treading in places they themselves would not go."

With that, the Loa would shoo them off, still looking at Teodor with that playful smile.

"Now, leave."

[17:52] Tokiwa Multhunder exclaims, "don't forget to tell the fantasia's hi for me!"
[17:54] Teodor fell. Lukas sighed. He was going through something again, person a lapse. He said it'd happen sometimes. This time the most inopportune. Thankfully, the Thunderbirds were LEAVING.

"We do what we want, thank you, Moonfall peoples." Smiling, they continued dragging away Teodor, their eyes shifting up, looking at Deimos, he pointed at them. They blinked, quickly dropping Teodor.

They tried so hard to keep themself under control, resisting the urge to swing at anything hostile. The feeling became overwhelming. Their hands trembled, their eyes locking with Teodor as the air grew more intense.

Drown him.

Lukas drew their staff, tendrils sprouting from behind them. Clearly offensive, the gesture would likely immediately alert those of Moonfall, however it was directed to Teodor.

"Fuck.. Fuck.. FUCK."

Waters lunged at him.

[17:56] Since it seemed Himari didn't want to fight right now, the man took his son back from Asim for the moment.

[17:57] Driven only by instinct, Teodor draws his weapon and pushes himself as far away as he could from Lukas.

Rage contorts his face.

His voice changes again. He grows a thick accent, like he's fresh off the boat. Lukas and Holly may have heard this before.

"DON'T GET IN MY WAY!" he screams at the top of his lungs. "I'll... FUCKING KILL YOU LIKE I KILLED TEODOR!"

He evades the initial burst of water and lunges at Lukas, rapier in hand. The winds all around begin to pick up. Teodor had some terrifying power at his hand. It's as if a hurricane was conjured, in an instant, localized entirely to the area outside Moonfall.

He would then point at Teodor.

"Next we have a fly like a bird and get struck by lightning. The leader of the Thunder Birds. The 'Legend' Teodor Hargrave!"

He would clap his hands.

"Don't worry this normal in Osorna people like the abuse. Trust me."

[17:59] Like some others, Grendel has taken a step back, as the people from Osrona are now seeming to... Fight among themselves?

He could tell one thing in particular, though.
Something about this... Teodor, the so called leader of the thunderbirds, is feeling off.

However, now is not the time to try and question this. Best to just watch in silence for now.

[18:00] The young drakkanite would grit her teeth upon hearing the dancer speak. Truly an irritating feeling to be mocked so openly like that. It would allow her blood to boil just a little more...

"There will be. Many here have tortured, killed, and destroyed the lives that would walk here. And if that man was hiding within these walls.... Hmph. Then there is no doubt in my mind that the man had done something in order to provoke such action."

Her magenta hue's glowing. The woman slowly taken out of the heated argument, and distracted by the two's kerfuffle. She would be more so left open for attack at this stage of the engagement unfortunately. It was all fair game at that point.

Her hues facing towards the woman shortly after.

"I do not mind showing the injust actions of Criminals here will fall. Neither to you or anyone elsewhere."

She stated. With a glare upon her face.

Though he look at Tali. "I mean if he causes us problems we handle him our own way. Simple now then back to the blood bath!"

"As strong as Eagle was it seems the Hawk has finally clip his wings! The Winner is the Green Bean Water Machine! Whatever his name is!"

[18:05] Kris stomped on the ground beneath her. Raising a hand slowly to point a finger at them she would glare right back. Wisps of mana were commanded and left their body to manifest in the trees.

"Many here have shown my people kindness and humanity. Osrona has done nothing but take from me ever since I pitched a tent in the Desert Valley. They burned my friends and sent me packing from my home."

The mana manipulated above soon turned to metallic armaments pointing down to the Drakanites back. There would be hell to pay if they attacked the meek dancer.

"Tell me. What have I done to warrant such actions by Osrona? Or do you follow blindly like the rest of them?!" Kris demanded an answer.

Their glare turned to malice as the conversation quickly got on their nerves. Cold blue eyes piercing to their soul.

[18:07] The Dancer stands beside Cairn, silent and lightly tapping her lips with a finger. This turn of events did not surprise her at all, as for the behavior of the so called leader of the Thunderbirds. She knew exactly how and where it came to be.

She keeps her silence, watching the two fight as someone else pulled the strings.

Ororo watches and listens, tendrils of her own will reaching out as she took the time to examine the two fighting closer while splitting that focus upon her surroundings.

[18:08] This whole event was quite something. It really does show the mad bloodlust that Orsonians have. They're all like beasts fighting over their next meal. How do they call themselves a kingdom with people like that holding power.

The commentary from the Ookami was fun to have. He was shout casting the whole fight! "Man do you do this for a living? Your really good at it!" He says to the man next to him.

[18:09] Tonashi Blushes as his ego has grown to a high point

[18:15] Lukas lost their mind. They lost it. Caving into the thoughts they kept at bay for so long. Their fingers twitched, waters swirling around them. Against their better judgement, they charged at someone they swore to never draw their weapon at. A person they loved more than anything else.

A twisted laugh came from their, their trident held firmly in their hand. They wanted to hurt him so, so badly.

Their tendrils smacked against their hands, drawing blood, a lot. They couldn't think straight at all, only fixating heavily on harming their dearest friend, someone like family to them.

The area flooded, grounds muddied from fierce waters that came the water magi. Mud likely flinging all over the place from Teodor's winds. It didn't keep them at bay though, their rage unfiltered and unrestrained.

Hurt him. Hurt him. HURT HIM.

Lukas barely skidded by bursts of wind from the man, closing is as a water wrapped around their wrist, coiling before whisking out at the man. Once retracted, it didn't remain fluid- It sharpened as their mana compressed.

The smaller magi pushed Teodor down, one hand gripping at his wrist while the other holding the water blade pierced him-

Lukas stabbed him, his arm. Repeatedly. Blood spewed, splattering over their face as deranged eyes stared down at Teodor. Their breathing was frantic, eyes tearing up with his stab. They wanted to hurt him, kill him.

But why were they fighting anyway?

The water kept its shape, still hardened and stuck in Teodor's arm. His blood all over them, they stared, tears dripping down on him.

"I.. W-Wha..."

Did this please their rage? Likely not. They needed more.

[18:17] Momo just watched from the quiet shadows of the trees. Things were so intense she didn't even know how to keep up with it all. Just a young girl staring at rambunctious and rude outsiders from behind a wall of seasoned veterans!

[18:20] Pure untouched adrenaline would slowly bubble up from the woman. Her determination would slowly surface into the world once more. They new what Moonfall had done towards them... They were fully aware of what had happened to their people at the war.

"The land of desert is a place that belongs to neither you or that of the false desert King. We have had reports of consistant attacks from criminals hiding within the Desert. And yet none of them would have the gall to walk forward...."

Heat would be expelled even more... The injustice actions that the people were more than responsible for. No one would look towards the law, and come to terms to fix the wrongdoings that have occurred. On both sides of the spectrum.

The fact that they even decided to take sides with enemies that were responsible for their deplorable actions made them no better. Passion like no other would erupt from inside of her. Her skin slowly heating up in massive temperature in response... Her skin radiating a bright red glow, and a red haze would be extended from this.

"You had chances to bring your men forwards. And potentially improve relations with us. But it is blatantly clear that you have chosen your path as a result."

She said. As she would engage the male with blinding speed. As a fist glowing bright red would come forth. It was all or nothing. And passion versus Vengeance.

[18:23] There was only one person Teodor saw throughout the entire fight. Only one motivating force. There was no puppet master controlling his actions. Lukas... focus of his rage. The source of his decades-long torment. The object of his love. The ghost that haunts him forever.

Teodor. The real Teodor. Lukas? Teodor. No, Lukas...

The duo fight with terrifying precision, control and power. Teodor himself makes no attempt to hide or restrain his own magic. He effortlessly uses his tiny, thin rapier to slice entire trees into thousands of pieces in the blink of an eye.

Dust covers the battlefield. Some of his strikes generate enough force to carve out large sections of the earth underneath them, ruining nature little by little. The observing group's no doubt pelted with shockwave after shockwave.

But in the end, Lukas proves the victor.

Teodor's pushed down. He lets out a pained, defeated cry. His arm's torn to shreds. He tries, in vain, to push Lukas away.

But he stops.

He looks up at Lukas, his eyes wincing and his body completely wasted.

His voice returns to...

Normal?

What was normal? What was real?

"Y-... You did great..." He pauses to groan in pain.

"Nice... fight..."

[18:23] Despite how empty he was feeling right now, amusement still bubbled up inside him at what he just heas what Tali saids, so many lies... it was truly funny, and he bets those people attacked in the desert by bandits were most likely victims of the Parsi Raiders, members of the City Watch.

[18:27] Tokiwa Multhunder asks, "soooo nice night yes?"
[18:28] Tonashi Botcher says, "So Sandman"
[18:29] Tonashi Botcher says, "Is true you been trying to hump everything you come across "
[18:29] Holly grimaced at the sight of Lukas brutalizing Teodor. This would not have happened if Holly didn't zone out inexplicably and return to... this. With the way Lukas had yet to relent, vines would roam forth to entangle both Teodor and Lukas respectively. Proceeding to pull the both of them away from the other and away from those of Moonfall.

Clearly, she's had enough.

"Our departure is overdue." She state stiffly, dragging them away until they proceed to walk themselves.

[18:29] Teodor Hargrave says, "Hnngrh..."
[18:30] Ororo Boros whispers something.
[18:30] Tonashi Botcher whispers something.
[18:31] "Enough Enough. Enough! "

A look of mania came over Kris's eyes. An expression Asim would have seen only a few times before. Cold blue eyes being warped by bloodshot veins. A true rage coming over Kris as Tali let banter loose on their home.

"Don't you dare insult me like this, I am not some stupid bandit!"

In their hand now- and in a flash of mana came a scimitar forged from metal magic. and behind her a lance forge the very same way they hovered ominously. Only a warning was given as they was blitzed.

"You better be prepared for death when coming at me, because-"

Several leaves in the forest were shredded as the metal armaments in places flew through to impale Tali.

"I lose my self control!"

[18:35] Krís says, "hue"
[18:43] Retribution.

On either side of the moral scale it was a act that would bring for change in the world. Everyone had their right to judgement and Kris was no different. In their life on Esshar, time and again they had been subject to someone elses judgement.

"I won't let it go on any longer!"

The meek dancer cried out. The ambition seemed to just pour out of her and into their magic as they fought. They fought for change in this world from certain cruelty deemed unnecessary.

"Stars, hear me! Take plight upon this land for it is damned without divination!"

Tali would find themselves battered with an assortment of metal armaments thrown constantly. Knicks and cuts becoming to fruition might give way to path for Kris. They just needed to get some metal into the Drakanite's blood that she could control. All the meanwhile their earthen armor was taking a beating from the explosion and fire!

[18:50] The woman would bring out quite a lot out of her... And the abilities that would push her to her limit would become more than apparent. At the start. Chains of Iron would slowly become melted within her reddened haze, As her body would leap forth at the attacker.

Each strike that the woman would hit would leave singing pain upon her opponent in question. Her strong durable body in which no doubt pushes her towards her limits. The rising will the had boiled within her would explode into resolve.

She believed that the order wouldn't just do something like this without fair justification for it. She also believed that the Moonfaller's aimed to hurt more. The males earthen armor shown to take more than just a simple beating at times...

But she had her friends to help pull her through. Her faith in everyone that has lost gravely towards the people that would stand from the Moonfallers wrongdoings.

She would find justice where it had lacked. And act upon it accordingly, this was her resolve when even the darkness would arise....

The once white haze became red. Her passion to bring down the perpatrators and the lawbreakers were more than clear as day. She would find justice for those who were wronged by those who resided in the desert, and shadowy forest.

"Blessed Cinders... Snuff out the blight that plague this land had forsaken us with."

She said as the cuts and knicks from the metal would grow gruesome. But she couldn't relent. No, she made a promise to her commanders that she would push forwards. And put an end to the injustice that others had laid in place for Orsona.

[19:32] The battle would slowly continue on. As the abilities of both her opponent and herself were tested beyond its limits. Her faith in her actions would bolster her growing resolve. Even if it was due to anger....
She knew that the woman would come back up and attempt to destroy what was left of Orsona.

Barrages of metal item would sprout forth and attack the woman with all that she had left.. The metallic objects were heavy as they were powerful. With barrages powerful enough to knock her to her knees, and a metal chain that knocked her would force Tali to fade into unconsciousness.


However....


An innate will to push herself forward, and prove herself time and time again to put herself to the test against the adversities that had plagued this land.. The ones who would consistently aim to destroy Orsona in all of its parts..

In that state, she would force her eyes open. And slowly pull herself upwards from the brink of unconsciousness. Her boiling skin burning even hotter. She had little time to finish what she had started. But she would make one thing rein true..

That the side of Justice always Prevailed.

"I will not let the crimes of the desert go out unpunished!"

She said. Pointing her fist straight into the ground, An eruption of flame would toss Kris within the air. The drakkanite chasing him with her wings, holding out a fist that would slowly Become hotter, With speeds that would cause it to combust.

"Blazing Fist Style! Fire Drakkans Talon!"

Quickly she would fly above the woman in question. Cranking up her fire covered fist, as she would punch the woman within her abdomen. The boiling sensation under her skin would linger as she sent the woman plummeting into the ground.

She would swiftly land upon the ground her skin slowly returning to the standard bronze color of hers. Her glowing magenta eyes slowly restoring itself to its standard eye colour. Dimming in the process.. Her body slowly restoring itself. Recovering much faster than expected.

"Your people had multiple options to come compliantly without Violence. But you have not only chosen to attack, you have also decided to side with moonfall itself. My spirit won't be snuffed out so easily by the evils the people in the desert were responsible for."

She spoke. Looking towards the male.

[19:50] Metal conducted the heat well for their protection. A type of Magic with the ability to defend as well as it attacks. That is what Kris wanted, but it was far from enough to fight with since they could only knock their consciousness from stability.

Light singes would take to the meek dancer's skin, but they were far from anything other than just surface burns. They laughed at the futile attempts to actually hurt them until the Drakanite turned enraged and blitzed Kris once more.

Metal quickly came to cover Kris's body in thick plates to take the force of the assault and divert the flames. This raw strength launched them into the air with the heavy metals and would continued to be battered.

Seeing how Tali couldn't breach the metal and simply pummeled away in the near perfect defense, Kris would laugh mockingly while she was tossed around.

"Sharpen those talons, Lizard! You won't be piercing this metal anytime soon! Ahahaa!"

-But then came the haymaker to the abdomen. The metal held up, but the force took Kris's breath and the impact ceased their breathing for a few moments. Coughing audibly, they took back to their feet and back away, possibly with a few cracked ribs. Nothing too bad.

"We lived without violence. We left without violence, yet you met us at every turn with violence."

"You are getting on my nerves you foolish and annoying Drakanite. This is far from over and you and I? We will meet again and finish this next time!"

The bits of metal around her soon began to dissipate. Kris's dainty body hadn't much mana to spare so the battle would only end in their death if they continued, but they wouldn't be so stupid to mention that either.

On their toes and an arm to their ribcage, Kris would begin to jog off into the obscured landscape around Moonfall.
