hey, i've been reading up a bit and dunno if i mentioned it before, but to display the games on gameboom.net, we use a "most view" system. But not most views of "all time" or "this week... but in the last 5 minutes.. the advantage is good stuff/pages/games that get clicked and attention are always at the top or find its way there.

It's the most democratic way to deal with good and bad content, since it's the site users who determine which content is displayed at the top just by browsing. Bad stuff get buried quickly, unless some discussion/comments bring it back up.
Another plus, is that everybody get an idea of what is being browsed the most on the site.. not voted popular or liked.. but viewed by all the people visiting and using OGA.

my 2 cents, you should set up a non-public page just to test it out :)
