OoT Rando NMG Rules

OoT Randomizer - No Major Glitches

- No Item Manipulation of any kind (BA, RBA, GIM, etc)
- No Wrong Warps
- No hovering (with ISG)
- No clipping or out-of-bounds.

This ruleset is designed to keep things fast and easy to pick up for new runners. Sequence breaking is allowed, as long as the method of sequence breaking doesn't involve any of the banned glitches.
