Pausing for effect, Jolyne continued.

"That asshole can get us **this.**" she said as she took out a small pill. "Specialized anti-psychosis medication for Ethan. Allows him to use his powers freely without negatively affecting his mind."

She tossed it to Ethan, who caught it and eyed it with suspicion.

"The doctors in Gotham never found anything that could help. And now a guy shows up with a miracle cure?"

"It's the multiverse, Ethan. Anything is possible." answered Ben.

Ethan took the pill.

"So then what's our end of the bargain? Our eternal souls?"

"No. He just wants us to be bodyguards for a single night. Defend the papers in his safe from **this.**"
