Paint fumes made Chester feel ill

yesterday when Chester was in Wales, Aberyswyth, Chester went down to the docking bay with boats (mind control?) which was ground lower down.  As he went down he could smell real strong paint fumes.  A white clean shaven man with ruddy complexion in his 30's or so had a snarled expression or so.  Chester thought he better get out of there pretty quick.  Then Chester started having head aches and felt unwell.  This feeling last for a good twenty minutes and Chester felt very ill on his way back from the walk.
