Could you please cite evidence to back this claim of powergaming? Simply giving anotherplayer more IC power is not powergaming.
Whether or not I wish to create a new position within the police force is entirely at my discretion as the chain of command when it comes to police matters goes:
President
Chief of police
Various underlings
If I feel a new position is needed, and said poistion is above your own, then so be it and should you disagree with this please file your complains regarding the matter with my secretary ICly in the future or by bringing it to me directly.

This is the default setting of LL's president system, there is no electrion system beyond an RP that players can do, but are not required to do, they have complete and absolute power over all of their underlings, and the very laws of the land with zero oversight or control beyond an uprising or a crime being committed on their part.
It deserves repeating, by default, this is not a dictatorship under LL policy as this is how ALL presidents spawn in.

Please provide further evidence to back your claim that this action was out of context for the situation at hand and before for prior inccidents and RP situations?

Considering the huge variety of various crummy president type RP that exist on LL this may very well be entirely within character and context.

You are required to back such a claim with evidence prior to this report being posted, and cannot simply request a log check due to logs themselves not showing a full story or context.

Useing your own logic in this situation as you have now reminded me that you we're infact demoted after the fact:

Still not entirely seeing why this is an issue for either case, as both actions are IC, and we're handled with their associated consiquences as such.
