Early Flamethrower (FRLG Charmander Route)

LSH did this for his tourney race, is kind of interesting and worth comparing to the standard early Misty/Surge route.

Main changes:
-Fight Elijah (Butterfree) north of Vermilion (currently, before boat, but could be done after boat as a flex for Rock Tunnel - if no Blaze, do LSH strat?)
-Fight Eric (Machop+Onix) instead of Allan (Geodude) in Rock Tunnel
-Do not Candy after Ashton
-Candy after Sofia to L34 and teach Flamethrower over Mega Kick
-Candy to L45 on spinner pass in Koga's gym
-Candy 2-3 times before Viridian Rival to "get back on track" with regular Early Misty/Surge route

Fight changes:
-L26 for Elijah (need Blaze to OHKO Butterfree pre-Vermilion; L28 and 25% range after Surge)
-L30 for Ashton (Cubone and Slowpoke do less damage, Slowpoke is guaranteed 2HKO with MK for all Atk IVs) and Winston Slowpoke (MK+MP range is worse, he does more damage)
-L30/31 for Eric (Machop is a range with Ember - 31.25% range with 26-27 SpA; 50% with 28-31 SpA; Onix is 2HKO with Ember)
-L31 for Lenny and Sofia (Machop is 81.25% to OHKO w/o Blaze, Geodudes do a bit more damage, always Mega Punch Jiggly unless Blaze, always Ember Meowth)
-L34 for Dudley (Flamethrower entire Dud fight - can Ember* Geos)
-L36 Charizard for Poster Rocket, Lift Key guy, and Sandslash guard (Raticate is 93.75% range with Ember with 26-27 SpA or use Wing Attack, Wing Attack Zubats, Wing Attack Koffing, Ember* Sandslash if in Blaze, Wing Attack Ekans)
-L37 for Onix and Rhyhorn (Onix is 43.75% with 26-29 SpA; 50% with 30-31 SpA, Onix does less damage, Rhyhorn guaranteed)
-L38 for Wartortle (Wartortle does less damage)
-L40 for Silph Blastoise (75% to OHKO with crit with 26, 28-29; 87.5% with 27, 30-31, Blastoise does less damage). Check +4 strats (guaranteed, is one more turn if no Protect)
-L41 for Drowzee (87.5% range with 20-24 Atk; 93.75% range with 25-26 Atk)
-L42 for Kangaskhan and Nidoqueen (Kanga is, sans Blaze and +1, 75% with 26 & 28 SpA; 81.25% with 27 & 29-31 SpA. Nido is guaranteed with +1 and Blaze. Both do less damage)
-L43 for Venomoth (Wing Attack Venomoth)
-L45 for Koga (Muk is 81.25% with 26-29 SpA; 87.5% with 30-31 SpA and Koffings/Weezing is guaranteed sans Blaze, with Ember and Flamethrower respectively) and Blaine's Ponyta (guaranteed with Ember* at +3)
-L47 for Nidorina (guaranteed with Ember*)

Likely some minor offensive range changes in E4 due to extra SpA EVs from Butterfree
