  3. What are they?: An organization that pioneered cybertech & ‘super soldiers’. FATE stands for “The Frontal Alliance of Technological Evolution”.

  7. Status: Labs were abandoned while members of FATE were either jailed or struggling to get by.

  11. FATE was once an organization of scientists and researchers that brought countless pieces of technology to light. Originally the go-to organization for weapons or cybertech, FATE's augmentations were known for being both safe and efficient. Unfortunately, the company was exposed roughly three months from the events that happen know for its cruel and inhumane experiments. Most who worked under the organization are now jailed, living a life of crime, or struggling to get by.

  15. Traven Zavelta: The owner and leading professor of FATE. Shortly after his company's collapse, he was thrown in the slammer. Zavelta is credited with the creation of countless pieces of technology; such as the super soldiers, power armor, and unique pieces of Cybertech.

  17. GENESIS: GENESIS was a super soldier created by FATE, and served the company as a mercenary of sorts. Known for being a hero, she disappeared shortly before the destruction of FATE’s main laboratory.

  19. OTHER PEOPLE: You’ll probably know more if you're associated with the company. Otherwise, your character wouldn’t know much else other than the above.

  29. Where are they?: Influence spans world wide.

  31. Notable Gear: Face masks that replace their visage with whatever the user desires; typically shifting inkblots.

  33. What are they?: A global 'hacktivist' organization known for both their sense of humor and ability to pretty much do whatever they please. For the most part, the members of Shiftink mean well, and are vigilantes who hand in criminals or petty thugs. They prefer to cooperate with the police, but often force their hand at things if injustice is seen; resulting in them being hated by the government and some parts of society.

  35. The origins of Shiftink aren't really well known, but common knowledge is that the group most likely sprang from the internet. The activist group is known for their strong sense of justice, doing whatever they can for cleansing the city...or getting a good laugh.

  42. Rorschach: The leader of Shiftink. Rorschach isn't too well-known, save for the fact that s/he has a strong sense of justice. S/he is known world wide for a variety of things: From the complete anonymity to the ability to make an enormous impact upon the entire world, all the while keeping shlir identity down to both a distorted voice, and shifting blobs of ink.

  61. Though not nearly as popular as other corporations, Blue Nova hosts large buildings where civilians can go through the procedure of human augmentation.

  63. More importantly, it’s a very well-known PMC, with influence spanning world-wide. It was originally heavily associated with FATE, which provided the company with its cybertech. Unfortunately after FATE’s collapse, some rules were forced to be changed, and some mercenaries in the company were jailed due to the atrocities committed in the labs.

  68. Avery ‘Nids’ Foxwell: Leader of the Blue Nova Corps; Avery inherited Blue Nova from his father. Before Blue Nova was used for augmentation, it was a simple PMC that essentially threw mercenaries wherever money directed them. Ever since he took over as CEO, the company flourished shortly after Avery placed a large amount of the group’s funding into cybertech research & development, causing Blue Nova to rise as a new, albeit popular company to order augmentations.

  86. REACH was found a few years after the start of human augmentation. Known for their ill side effects, entrepreneur Sing Kwan envisioned a long chain of hospitals and clinics designed specifically for catering to patients requesting management or augmentation. REACH quickly rose to popularity just months after its birth, and soon spanned across the world for the sake of helping those that either wanted augments, or required maintenance to cope with the detrimental effects.

  110. Vagusson Industries is a relatively new company who's main base is currently established in the city of Hindon. Known for their many brands of Cybertech, Vagusson is steadily rising in popularity; and seeks to out-pace the global corporations that dominate the market today.

  135. Quentin Avant: The Great Grandson of the company’s founder; Quentin is the new CEO of all Avant technology, and as a result, holds a very high position in the world. He inherited the Avant company through his father, and now rules the new age of technology with a mechanized fist.
