  1. 1. Have your text in the place you want it to be on the picture
  2. 2. Make 3 copies of the text ( name them what ever with 1,2,3 at the end)
  3. 3. Select the #1 text and go to Filter>Stylize>Wind...
  4. 4. It will pop up a box that says something along 'This type layer must be rasterized....'
  5. 5. Press 'OK'
  6. 6. The 'Wind' box will pop up
  7. 7. Keep the Method to 'Wind' and make the direction 'From the Right'
  8. 8. Do step 3-6 again and then make the Direction 'From the Left'
  9. 9. Now select the #2 text and go to Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 CW
  10. 10. You will need to repeat step 3-8
  11. 11. Once you have done that the text should be at a 90 degree angle so you will need to change it back
  12. 12. Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 CWW
  13. 13. You will notice it looks good but may be hard to read
  14. 14. After that you can do what you want but what I did was I selected the #3 text layer and did Right click layer>Blending Options.... and I used 'Drop Shadow'
