- 1. Have your text in the place you want it to be on the picture
- 2. Make 3 copies of the text ( name them what ever with 1,2,3 at the end)
- 3. Select the #1 text and go to Filter>Stylize>Wind...
- 4. It will pop up a box that says something along 'This type layer must be rasterized....'
- 5. Press 'OK'
- 6. The 'Wind' box will pop up
- 7. Keep the Method to 'Wind' and make the direction 'From the Right'
- 8. Do step 3-6 again and then make the Direction 'From the Left'
- 9. Now select the #2 text and go to Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 CW
- 10. You will need to repeat step 3-8
- 11. Once you have done that the text should be at a 90 degree angle so you will need to change it back
- 12. Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 CWW
- 13. You will notice it looks good but may be hard to read
- 14. After that you can do what you want but what I did was I selected the #3 text layer and did Right click layer>Blending Options.... and I used 'Drop Shadow'
