non spoilery thoughts on breath of the wild

so unless you dont follow me on twitter. you might know that I wasnt really all that hyped for BotW. The long 4-5 year wait for a new 3D game coinciding with the fact that they were straying away from the regular Zelda formula. It really killed my hype for the games release even so much as to really being bored during the most recent direct trailer (which brought people to tears apparently). But I tried my best to atleast say "i'll give it a go before I draw opinions haha yeehaw" and thats exactly what I did. For the last 2-3 days i've been playing the Wii U version (albeit Illegally) and I have as they say: had my breath (of the wild) taken away. It is phenomenal. All these huge scores the game is being given are all correct. Sure I love the regular Zelda formula and I could play it over and over but this is just such a nice break from that kinda of style. If you havent played Zelda, Play this one. If you've played Elder Scrolls (lol) you will enjoy this game alot. If you are torn on getting this game. Get it. My preorder arrives tomorrow for the Wii U and i'm defintley purchasing this again for the Switch in the Summer.
