1. She took it and, upon receiving instruction in how to use it, held it up to her ear.
2.
3. "Hello?" she asked.
4.
5. A pause. "Hello, Morganna. It's Arthur. Been...a long time."
6.
7. "A long time for me, perhaps. Imprisoned by your beloved darling Lady staring at a wall for sixteen hundred years," she said, NOT letting that go. "For you it was a nice nap, I imagine."
8.
9. A pause. "Yes, I was asleep until thirty years ago. Your son did quite a number on me."
10.
11. "Our son, Arthur. Our son," she said. "Don't think I've forgotten what you did."
12.
13. A pause. "I...I'm sorry, I truly am. If I could take back what I did, I would in an instant."
14.
15. "I don't think 'sorry' really cuts it for that one. And in any case, I'm sure you're sorry that it led to your death, the death of your kingdom, and the deaths of many of your soldiers. If it's any consolation, I don't really regret a thing there. Even the Saxons were better than the rule of sanctimonious hypocritical false knights."
16.
17. A pause. "You don't...you don't regret ANY of what you did?"
18.
19. "Not a bit, Arthur. You left our son out in the woods to die because of some prophecy. EVER HEAR OF SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECIES, ARTHUR? They're a real blight, aren't they?"
20.
21. A pause. "Once again, if I could take it back I would."
22.
23. "But you can't, Arthur. And guess what? Despite all the selfish, horrible things I did to get my revenge upon you? I never tried to kill a baby. Guess that makes the mighty Arthur Pendragon a bit lower than the feared and despicable Morganna le Fay. Probably drives you mad, doesn't it?"
24.
25. A pause. "I'm not that person anymore. I serve the Lady of the Lake."
26.
27. "The same Lady that imprisoned a grieving mother for sixteen centuries in her own skeleton? All for daring to take up a sword alongside her wronged son and take revenge on the father for attempting to kill him? I don't have much faith in her. No offense."
28.
29. A pause. "...I just wanted to ask you if you had any hostile intent towards the Isles. Now that you've returned. Or the rest of the world for that matter."
30.
31. Morganna laughed a long, amused laugh. "Still afraid of me? No, I have no designs upon the world anymore. I believe I'm going to find my son, and then enjoy whatever weird wonders this world has to offer. Fare poorly, Arthur. You deserve nothing more. Expect me to show up tormenting you at some time in the future."
32.
33. She smiled and handed the communicator back to Desmond.
34.
35. "I believe I'm done."
