Appearance: Liliana appears as a young woman with a rather normal body type, outside of her ghoul antics, she wears formal clothing commonly paired with a short, white trenchcoat. During her ghoul antics, she wears a black cloak similar to Tatara's, in that it surrounds her neck and covers a bit of her head as it spreads around, it has a white inside. Her mask is resembles a mummy and exposes Liliana's right eye where her kakugan is.

Personality: Liliana is a calm soul, often helping ghouls that can't protect themselves and helping humans avoid ghouls, she likes both humans and ghouls, and doesn't want bloodshed between either one. She's also known as being a mentor for Support for a good while, along with Cherry. During battle she often tries to negotiate a way to prevent the fight, and if she does end up fighting, she'll often apologize if she does too much damage to a person.

Powers: Liliana is a rinkaku ghoul, her kagune possesses several segmented edges. She has several kagune tails, she is also able to trace the kagune formations of others and use their own kagune against them.
