- forgot to do one of these last week oop
- tphd progress is stagnant, im not practicing as much because school is wrapping up and just general laziness. i will do some no reset runs before preNASA. goal is still sub 3:40
- my trip in December is booked up as far as flights and hotels go, exciting stuff! still need to work out some more activities to do and such.
- watched a show from last season called ReLIFE, the ending was somewhat bitter sweet but overall it was pretty good.
- i miss going to the gym, it's been a long while and im out of shape. might try to squeeze in time on Tues/Thurs mornings if this cough will ever go away.
