  1. Katia Managan
  2.
  3. Makes the Competition Cry!
  4.
  5. Katia Managan, best fucking fuck up in Cyrodil, joins the fight! Though Katia may have lead a life of poverty and prostitution (and she still kind of does), her new life as a Mystic Antronach has her determined to turn things around, and even if she's destined to lose, she'll make it hell on her enemies.
  6.
  7. Like Boruto, Katia's set is going to be using what we know of Ultimate as a basis. I'll be describing space in terms of Grids (the larger boxes) and Gridsquares (The squares inside the boxes) and I'll be attempting to balance Katia as if she has the ability to tilt out of dash and directional air-dodge. With that out of the way, let's begin.
  8.
  9.
  10.
  11. Stats
  12.
  13. Size - Katia is Link's size, both in height and width, though slightly lighter, tying with Mario as heaviest midweight.
  14.
  15. Grounded Movement - Katia has a slow walk speed and a high run speed, like Bowser. She has the same walk as Robin, but the run speed of Toon Link. Like Little Mac, her hurtbox also shrinks when she runs, as she does so on all fours. She has the mode cast roll speed like Kirby and Zelda, but a below average Spotdodge like Ryu.
  16.
  17. Aerial Movement - Katia has poor air acceleration like Ike, and below average air speed like Fox. She even has a bad fall speed like Lucas, but an above average air dodge and slightly less landing when she hits the ground without wavelanding.
  18. Special Moves
  19.
  20. Neutral B: Telekinesis
  21.
  22. Katia will instantly freeze the closest projectile or item within 3 grids of herself and drags it to 2 grids in front of her. The item is now frozen in a relative position to her-- if she moves two grids forward, so will it. Said item still keeps it's hitbox as long as she's moving around, and if an item didn't do any damage, it will now deal 5% on contact and break. By holding down B, Katia can move where it's pinned, though it will still follow her. Tapping B instantly throws the object at an enemy, dealing 1.5x damage. The projectile also has an active hurtbox, and can block Katia from attacks, but any hit above 5%, or half of the projectiles damage (whichever is bigger) will also cause it to break. This move has an FAF of 55, like Pocket, but the item itself can be destroyed before thrown, and does not get a velocity buff.
  23.
  24.
  25.
  26. Side B: Pyrokinesis
  27.
  28. Thinking of a rude cat pun, Katia spawns a flame in her hand and hurls it. This attack has 3 different angles it can be launched from by tilting up or down during the 22 frame start up. Launching the fireball while holding up makes her lob the flame in an arc, making it travel 7 grids in distance before hitting the ground on a flat, platformless stage. It deals 13% damage. Holding down spawns a flame instantly at Katia's feet. This is a hurtbox that lingers for 6 seconds dealing 1% every 25 frames, but Katia can actually Telekinesis it, turning it into a regular fireball that she can now launch whenever she wants. This projectile has 7% health, but does not get the 1.5X bonus damage on throw, dealing only 12%.Not tilting the stick at all while the attack starts simply has Katia throw the fireball, it travels 13 grids before expiry and deals 11% No version of the attack deals killing damage before 130% unless the opponent is near the ledge. It also sends at the Sakurai angle, and only 2 fireballs can be on screen at a time.
  29.
  30.
  31.
  32. Up B: Felyne Agility
  33.
  34. Katia performs a third jump, this time baring her fangs and on all fours. This jump travels in an arc, and by holding backwards Katia can travel more vertically and less horizontally, and vice-versa by holding forward. If Katia comes in contact with an enemy on the way down, she'll perform 3 slashes with her claws, dealing 3%, 4%, 5% the final hit spiking them. This recovery doesn't actually travel that far and can be stuffed quite easily, but it does instantly snap to ledge and of course, can spike.
  35.
  36.
  37.
  38. Down B: Cloak of Grey Tomorrow
  39.
  40. Katia instantly dons her Cloak of Grey Tomorrow and flips the hood up, making her invisible for up to 5 seconds. This even removes her shadow and player tag, as it's a fairly advanced invisibility enchantment. She's also completely free to do all of her moves while in this state, and gets a 1.15x multiplier on any hits to the enemies back. This all sounds great, what's the catch? Well, as soon as she removes the cloak, Katia becomes blind for as long as she was wearing it. Though she can sense other people with her Mystic powers, she can no longer see objects. For the duration of her blindness, Katia can not use Telekinesis, and the first time Katia initiates a dash will cause her to trip. Also, taunting while invisible will reveal Katia's position, as she'll toggle her Darkvision on, making her eyes glow blue even through the invisibility. Since taunts can be canceled though, this is just a simple way to see where you are.
  41.
  42.
  43. Shield B: Eye of Fear
  44.
  45. Katia's eyes become a pure white and she bares her fangs, quickly terrifying anyone close to her. Any enemies within a Grid and a half of Katia who are facing her have reduced movement speed when moving towards Katia (A 20% reasonable apprehension debuff) and can not face her when attacking. So enemies can still use back air, down air, up air and neutral air, as well as any attacks or specials that hit behind them. While this doesn't seem like too much, for 3 seconds you're forcing the opponent to change how they approach and attack you, which might be just enough time to get away considering Katia's great dash. Using this move twice in a 10 second time span actually hurts Katia's left eye quite a bit, causing it to bleed. This instantly deals 5% to Katia and forces a 10 second cooldown on the attack.
