Solution to Audio -for JBR's release of Bridge to Terabithia

so WHAT's THE ISSUE?

Wondering why there is popping and crackling in the audio?!!
Watch the Codec information using an available tool(eg: MediaInfo Lite - http://www.codecguide.com/download_other.htm). The container is MP4, but the CodecID is 'isom' where we normally expect 'avc1'.

Goto http://www.ftyps.com
Here it is => isom - MP4  Base Media v1 [IS0 14496-12:2003]
Again clicking on [5] gives => 'isom' is seen used as a major brand, though it is currently prohibited by ISO/IEC 14496-12 sec 6.3 paragraph 2.

No wonder audio is blank/horrible in 'The KMplayer' and bad in 'Media Player Classic' that comes with K-Lite Mega Code Pack.

For Non-Techies

 - Use 'VLC media player' available at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/. The audio will be fine. VLC is equipped to play the wierd formats we throw at.
 - OR Visit http://hd-bb.org forums. There is a 1.69 GB English-Hindi Dual Audio 720p release by Alex(Thanks Alex), though only working link is fileserve. WARNING: This forum requires registration + single fileserve link + non-resumable for regular download.


For Techies

Those concerned with the 'purity' of their Movies collections + experience in video conversion, follow the below steps

 - Extract the Audio & Video as separate files. WARNING: I mean demultiplex!!!, do not re-encode it while extracting.
   (Used 'Total Video Converter' - http://www.effectmatrix.com/total-video-converter, TIME: <5min)
 - Convert the Audio file into AAC format. Use the specifications => Freq:44.1Khz, Bit Rate:192kbps, Channels:2
   (Used 'Total Video Converter' , FILESIZE:103MB, TIME: <7min)
 - Mux the new Audio file and extracted Video file. Use the specifications => (Display Aspect Ratio)DAR:1.860, FPS: 23.976
   (Used 'mkvmerge GUI' from MKVToolNix - http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix, FILESIZE:1.44GB, TIME: <5min)


NOTES

To Users - Yes, you all have a codec problem.
To Encoder - Please use standard formats while encoding
SUBTITLES - http://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/imdbid-398808/sublanguageid-all. And for English subtitles, anyone from the HD releases work fine.
