- Bingo Race F.A.Q.
- Q: What is a "Bingo Race"?
- A: A "Bingo Race" is a specific type of race where you are provided a randomly generated bingo board and must get a bingo (either a complete horizontal, vertical or diagonal line) by completing specific tasks.
- Q: Can you give an example?
- A: Pokémon is a good example; I might have to prevent my starter Pokémon's evolution until the end of the race, I might have to grab a specific item or TM, so on.
- Q: How are you streaming your race?
- A: I use the following programs:
- > Twitch streaming: OBS Studio
- > Timer: LiveSplit
- > GB/C Emulator: Gambatte-Speedrun (GSR)
- > GBA Emulator: VisualBoyAdvance (VBA)
- I use the following hardware:
- > Controller: Wii-U Smash Controller
- Additionally, if I do gens 4-5 of Pokémon, I use a flash cart on my modded DS phat to stream it on console.
- Q: What colour are you?
- A: Unless otherwise specified, the common colours are as such:
- > Purple: Keizaron
- > Blue: Medicean
- > Orange: Mountebank
- Colours are subject to change.
- Q: Why is there a star on a goal?
- A: A star is a self-mapping tool. I'll star goals that are guaranteed, then within an hour or so of the race, I'll star my path to completing the race.
