Multiple Fields w/keyword in Low Search

Original input:
<input type="text" name="search:resource_additional_names:rhn_historical_name" value="{low_search_keywords}">

Attempt to search both "resource_additional_names" field and entry title for keyword :
<input type="text" name="search:resource_additional_names:rhn_historical_name|search:title" value="{low_search_keywords}">

I created a collection named: ctm_comp_names
w/just those 2 fields if there's a way to reference that in the input instead of the field names

This would be for fourth filed on list: Manufacturer
