After a good nights sleep and time to re-evaluate every thing I awoke with the crystal clear realisation of the following...

1. I need my passport and documentation associated with it, visa application numbers etc, needs to me in my possession as requested immediately. The fact that these documents and the passport it’s self continues to be withheld from me after numerous requests for it is very suspicious. I am considering contacting my Embassy to intervene.

2. I need all funds currently owed to me immediately sent to my PayPal account. The fact that these funds have been withheld is also suspicious. I am to be paid as a consultant for services rendered.

3. All taxes paid should be immediately refunded as I am not legally bound to pay income tax at the present time. All business associatated deductions from my income should be immediately refunded to me.

4. Our stock order is one of the most important things that is in need of being specifically catered to our own branch’s specification, for Alex to so rashly without consultation change it shows a lack qualified leadership.

5. It is one thing to limit our budget for the stock order, it is another thing to change it’s contents, considering no one besides you and I knows better what we need in our stock order to satisfy the needs of our localised clientele base.

6. Of all people Alex is probably the least qualified to determine the contents of a stock order.

7. I joined iFix to be a partner, not an employee or “yes” man. I am fully capable of running the entire business from the ground up on my own, however I sought a compatible partner.

8. Despite iFix heading towards a Pty, Alex does not demonstrate the necessary behaviour of someone running a Pty.

9. I do not wish to be a party to a gross misappropriation of funds being recklessly spread around during iFix expansion. The consequences of which are both very real and severe.

10. The German partners and myself have a ZERO tolerance for such practices.

11. Unless Alex immediately addresses the above conditions beginning with the cancellation of the aforementioned stock order, it is counterproductive for me to continue my involvement in iFix as our goals, code of conduct and ethics are divergent.
