  1. How do I add a new client?
  2. Click on the client button from the start screen. Then click on the plus button on top right corner. A new screen will appear which will ask you to enter client's personal information. When you are finished, click on the OK button on the top right corner to save the information.

  4. How do I edit a client's information?
  5. Click on the client button from the start screen. Select the client name from the client list. Select 'Personal Information'. In the next screen you will be presented with client's existing information. Click on the edit icon on top right corner. Enter new information and then save by clicking on the OK button.

  7. How do I add a new note for a client?
  8. From the start screen, go to Client > Select Client Name > Notes. Click on the plus button. On the next screen, enter subject and details. Click on the OK button on top right to save the note.

  10. How do I delete a client?
  11. From the client list, press and hold the client's name you want to delete. The title bar will change and a delete button will appear. Click on that button and confirm deletion.
  12. Warning: Deleting a client will delete all cases, notes, events and billing informations associated with this client.

  15. Click on the case button from the start screen. Then click on the plus button on top right corner. A new screen will appear which will ask you to enter various infomation relating to case. When you are finished, click on the OK button on the top right corner to save the information.

  18. Click on the case button from the start screen. Select the case name from the case list. Then click on the info icon on the top right corner. In the next screen you will be presented with existing case information. Click on the edit icon on top right corner. Enter new information and then save by clicking on the OK button.

  20. How do I add a new image for a case?
  21. Case files are organized into different topics in a hierarchial structure. Open case list and select the topic under which you want to add the image. You will be given three options: You can either capture an image, or select an image from gallery, or you can create a new folder where you can organize the images. If you select "Capture an Image", then the camera app will open and you will be able to capture a new image. Select the option "Choose from Gallery" if you want to use an existing image from your phone. If you select "Add New Folder", you will be asked to enter a name for the folder. Press OK after entering the name. You'll be able to upload images inside the newly created folder.

  24. From the case list, press and hold the case's name you want to delete. The title bar will change and a delete button will appear. Click on that button and confirm deletion.
