- The Watcher is a Bautaza, about 6' in full height, counting their head and all. They are a strange creature, clearly avian in nature; their body is cloaked in mostly soft black feathers, with iridescent dark blue-green feathers blanketing slender thighs down to dark grey, keratinous legs and large zygodactyl feet. Their torso is humanoid in shape, slender and graceful in form, with a wreath of fiery orange feathers over their shoulders and the fluffy plumage of their chest, running down their back and billowing out over their long, feathered tail, sandwiching a layer of black feathers with the iridescent blues and greens underneath. Their arms are entirely feathered with orange-tipped feathers and possess three fingers and one thumb crowned with carefully filed black talons, with soft palms exposed under the fine feathers.
- A pair of strange wings hang from above their shoulders, appearing like two additional arms with less developed hands and more flexible structure, draping below them rows of almost ceramic-like, colorful scales. When unfurled, they reveal that from the lower edges of the vertically-aligned arms hang two sheets of hundreds of feathers whose barbs are fused into hard antipsionic plating, starting out iridescent bluish-green closest to the arms and transitioning into bright, fiery orange at the bottommost scales. These arms can envelop them, hiding their body behind these sheets of scales and then holding them in place with telekinetic energy, turning into a shield that covers any part of them.
- A ridge of orange feathers carries over from their shoulders up to their head, over a rather long neck, into a brilliant crest of wide feathers at the top. Their neck is a little over one and a half feet in length, leading to an avian head, similar in shape to a Flamingo's but a bit bigger, with deep green eyes framed with a ridge of orange feathers, and a stocky beak, mostly black but with more of this dark blue-green at the very end. Long tufts of feather hang down on either side of their head connected to the crest, bright orange as well.
- The Watcher is usually seen dressed in a simple, translucent black sari-like garment, with no distinct patterns or colors.
