Doicm FE Draft Rules and Stuff

--- Fire Emblem Draft LTC Race/Competition/Shindig ---

This is for Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones.

Rules:

- You can only use characters you draft + free characters, which include Eirika, Seth (until Chapter 3 end), Ephraim, Myrrh, Tethys, and Orson.
- Undrafted units may recruit characters, rescue undrafted units and NPCs, trade, visit Shops/Armories and dig up items in the desert.
- Undrafted units may NOT enter combat, use staves, build Supports, attack walls, rescue Drafted units, and open Doors or Chests.
- Goal is lowest turn count.
- Game difficulty is Normal.
- Grinding is allowed; however, it will be added to total turn count. Map shopping is allowed.
- ECG is allowed, but penalty will be enforced.

Penalties:
- If a reset happens for any reason, +5 turns to your overall turn count. This also includes soft resets, applicable to ECG.
- If Seth is used after chapter 3, +12 turns to turn count.
- If undrafted characters used for any reason not listed above per map, +8 turns to turn count.
