SpicyChickenGod and friends fix the FUCK out of multiplayer

You may get lucky and port forwarding alone will work, but it depends on your hardware apparently.

(optional install scient's patch and PRACX, multiplayer works with both)

1. Install Radmin-VPN  (we even tried hamachi and that didn't work)
2. Create a network, or join a network created by someone else
3. Port forward TCP/UDP: 2300-2400, TCP 47624 can also be opened to be extra sure
4. join on public IPV4
