Unless it's spectated by staff or if recieve numerous complaints reports over time from respectable people. Or I can see it in the logs etc.
You can't shift blame just by saying there is no recording.

Because I got shown logs of you doing the drugs. I got numerous statements from staff who spectated you. I get numerous statements on your general behaviour.
Indeed innocent until proven guilty. However I cannot wave every single thing away just because there is no video of it.

You got me a statement that in my opinion proofs your innocence in the ID claim. following your logic that also holds no ground?
Now you might not see the problem with it ( it seems) but you basically admitted  to me that you took the OOC fight with adian ingame.
The other thing with this all is that you had a track record. and Like we said with the last ban you got 2 days ago. We do not wish to hold this against you forever. But it stays and will influence the punishments

When you first recieved your ban when you came back people gave you compliments
said you improved alot
after about a week or so
compliments turned into complaints
People find you rude, mean, toxic. Feel you always push people.
people told me they feel uncomfortable with you etc. Now ofc this is not something I would Yeet you for but its something that is a major concern

Also in regards to the shawna situation. There is this clip from 1months stream in which you yourself say you are not in gang clothing, doing black hand related activities. pineapple tells you, that you CANNOT do it
I can ask for the clip if you want
and its not just about your character in its whole. As bishop I am a old grumpy dude. I am rude to people etc. and still I have recieved 1 complaint about it

ecause of a bug the driver of the PD vehicle  gets kicked out of the car, then  tries  to force that into RP by claim whiplash and claiming lawsuit (after it was made clear that it was a OOC issue)
btw i even told him its alright just carry on
but when he crashed at hospital which wasnt a ooc situation thats when i said ouh ive got whip lash

How can it be one sided when you have had your chance of appealing your ban? There has been a staff vote already. You have had your 1on1 with me already there has already been a meeting about this.

This is also not only about staff. This is about the community. Which is also something I think I made rather clear to you.

The  community has voiced their opinion and the staff team has voted on the matter.

It’s the fact there is no evidence of the stuff I have done apart from selling drugs on cool down with over 15 people doing it the same time 3 of them being admins and I will admit that I am in the wrong there but the other points I can justify it so easily
I just don’t think it’s fair there is no evidence against me but I have to provide solid proof
I’m not trying to have a go at the staff team or anything I simply want to clear my name

If you would have needed solid proof I would have not accepted to remove the complaint against you regarding the power gaming right?
And no, we do not show the complaints. we work with a system where we want people to feel comfortable telling staff what's wrong without having to be afraid of repercussions or a witch-hunt against them.
You said yourself its just about ''clearing your name'' and in the time you where gone nobody has spoken ill about you are has brought you up.
Like I also said to Davies there has already been made multiple exceptions for you, first when you insulted staff which normally results in a perm ban with no appeal, you got another shot your ban got lifted etc etc.

We normally don't hold staff votes regarding bans but also here we made a exception.
