Not bad!! First lieutenant Schwarzkopf is an extremely orthodox sorcerer
He's a company commander as a first lieutenant, so considering his age he must have had plenty of military service. If you think of inefficient superior officers as more dreadful than the enemy, then this is a blessing

I heard that they pulled out a sorcerer with actual combat experience in northern Norden from the central/capital instruction corps

However, being a good soldier and being a good platoon leader are two completely different questions

While our 205th magic assault company might formally consist of 3 platoons
In reality our numbers have continued to drop down to the quorum of 2 platoons ever since hostilities began

Even if a platoon member were to be a completely fresh recruit, I wouldn't complain. Non the less I wish for at least the platoon leader to be a veteran...
