This just means it’s a shared bonding between the two items they aren’t really separate with powers rather together. It’s also so if one is thrown of in combat he still has at least one with power just weaker than the two together.

—[Magical Bracelet]—
This holds certain powers. It runs throughout his body when he has it on. Without it he will become powerless and won’t have much else to do. Every power set there will go away.
•••[Superhuman Conditioning]•••- This conditioning involves Strength, Speed, Equilibrium, Durability, Stamina, Senses, Dense Tissue, Longevity, Agility, and any others that are involved with the conditioning. The strength being a maximum of 20tons as the speed is 30mph and the Durability is being able to take on 20tons.
  {Limitations}- (These are his maximums they low if he is weakened and such. If he is to extend these maximums past his limit he will start to get dizzy and will eventually pass out. His weaknesses will weaken him and slow these down a bit. If he does not have the bracelet and watch on him these will all go away. If he only has one then it’s deducted by half.)
•••[Teleportation]•••- Nikolai can teleport almost like he’s dropping in the ground and back as this seems instantly. He can teleport to places all around the world if needed and he can teleport items, peoples, and etc with him to these places if he is needed too. Nikolai is capable of teleporting thousands of kilometers, on a continental scale. He can make a teleport or 5 quick burst that are very fast and unpredictable.
  {Limitations}- (If Nikolai is weakened these distances shorten be a lot. Nikolai can only teleport to places he is known to or has been too. Nikolai can only take up to 5 people with him. Nikolai if he is to teleport a lot in one day he will slowly run out of energy. If he is to teleport with wounds they will gradually grow bigger and weaken him completely. If he does not have the bracelet and watch on him these will all go away. If he only has one then it’s deducted by half.)
•••[Regeneration Healing Factor]•••- Nikolai can heal at great amounts. He can heal most of his wounds being able to take on wearing the bracelet and watch which means he can heal. The smaller wounds can heal instantly and medium wounds can heal in 5 minutes. The larger wounds can take up to 3 hours. The near death wounds can take up to 5 hours and such. This all depends on the wound.
  {Limitations}- (If he is weakened this will lower. If he has something within the wound this will stop it. His weaknesses will also slow this down greatly. If he does not rest these will not heal as fast as they should. If he is hit with his weaknesses it could stop the healing process completely. If he does not have the bracelet and watch on him these will all go away. If he only has one then it’s deducted by half.)

•••[Telekinesis]•••- who can exert more extreme and precise amounts of force on targets that cannot normally be perceived (such as organs) and can can even defy extreme forces already exerted on a target (such as the force propelling a bullet). Therefore, users of telekinesis have demonstrating being able to stop bullets. Advanced users are able to generate more force that basic users, enough to suspend the movements of targets, immobilize them or even control their motor skills to some extent. They are able to torture others by causing internal damage, usually by crushing organs or breaking bones, which often results in the receiver convulsing and coughing up blood. A user can specifically target other parts of the body, such as the neck, allowing the user to restrict air and blood flow, and to squeeze or even break the neck of a victim. Their more extreme precision allow them to not inflict lethal or truly debilitating damage, unless they want to.
  {Limitations}- (This takes energy depending on what he does. He may not be able to effect others with Telekinesis that are being used against him. He can’t use this when extremely weakened. He can’t lift anything more than his own strength. The telekinesis can start to burn himself out literally to ash. If he does not have the bracelet and watch on him these will all go away. If he only has one then it’s deducted by half.)
•••[Heart Ripping]•••- The ripper has to reach inside the victim's chest by using magic to grab the heart. This shocks and induces very much pain to the victim, and the victim cannot oppose to the ripper. However, the ripper can also rip the victim's heart without enchanting it, which kills the victim upon heart removal.
The user of an enchanted heart can:
Crush it and kill the victim
Control the victim's actions and speech
Use the heart to reanimate the victim's dead bodies
Split it in half to save a crushed victim of true love
Remove the Darkness from within the victim's heart using the Sorcerer's Hat to absorb it
Additionally, people with their hearts ripped out are unable to feel any true emotion until the heart is restored. They can, however, perform true loves kiss.
  {Limitations}- (This takes physical touch to reach into the chest and take the heart. The heart can be taken back if they can get to their own heart. A true loves kiss can make them have their feelings again. He can’t take over 5 hearts in one day. He can only hold 2 hearts at a time to control. The hearts can’t be pure light or holy cause then he can’t take ahold of the heart. He can’t kill more than 2 hearts in one day or else he will feel his blood boil for up to 3 hours. A person can end up taking his own heart even if he has this power. If he does not have the bracelet and watch on him these will all go away. If he only has one then it’s deducted by half.)

—[Immortality]- If Nikolai somehow dies, it won't be a permanent death. He isn’t valuable to diseases. He stays biologically young, healthy, and looks young indefinitely due to his Magical items. It doesn't mean one can't be killed, but means to live forever. In a place with magic or not, they can always be killed with some certain weapons or items.
  Limitations-(This doesn’t mean he can’t be hurt. He still can be hurt. He can still feel death and such. He has weaknesses or certain ones that can render him to near death. He also still needs to sustain himself with food and etc. Alien substances can effect him a little bit or unknown substances can just a tad. If he does not have the bracelet and watch on him these will all go away. If he only has one then it’s deducted by half.)

He can die but with some very rare magical items
He can die by heart ripping
He is vulnerable to normal physical traumas

He is more vulnerable to everything within hour his bracelet or watch
If hit with pure holy magic or pure light it can knock his magical items out for up to 4 hours and it can cause him to have a burned hole in his chest

Background:
Nikolai was raised up by his father Captain Hook. Before the curse came his father sort of prepared him for it but at the same time. He was training him all sorts of pirate things and how to just gain himself some credit. Nikolai learned to fight, steal, and much much more because it would bring out his character. He eventually ran into a shop or stop wheRe a woman would’ve ran into him. She saw spite in him and gave him a Bracelet and Pocket Watch with no other meaning. He slowly learned the powers overtime as it would help him and his father. Once the curse hit he thought he would feel mad about losing his father but he didn’t remember at all. He didn’t remember as much except he only had two or three what he called nightmares about some random things about his past life but he didn’t put them together. He thought of them as just dreams no matter how real they felt. He had one goal and one goal only and that was to stick to himself for the most part.
