Druze religion:
Added Druze. They have the same pop_type modifiers as the Yazidi. The animist pops in Lebanon, Syria, and Israel now are Druze.

Lebanon changes:
Completely redid terrain and life ratings
Used https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/worldviews/files/2013/08/Levant_Ethnicity_lg-smaller1.jpg as a general guide for religion distribution.
Reshaped Baalbeck to encompass all of mountain range.
Swapped Sunni and Shiite pops in 912 - Baalbeck since the area should be majority Shiite. Then, added in Druze, Catholic, and Orthodox pops.
Swapped Sunni and Shiite pops in 915 - Sidon. Transferred Druze population to Baalbeck.

Redid terrain in the western part of the country as well as life ratings throughout the country
Adjusted pops in 905 - Latakia so that Shiite pops are the majority. There are a large number of Alawites in that area and they are represented as Shiite in game. The both the total number of pops and pop occupation numbers were unchanged, but their religion was adjusted so that they reached about 75% Shiite, 14% Orthodox, and 11% Sunni. This is based on the religion percentage recorded in the 1923 Alawite State census.
Renamed 906 - Suwayda to As-Suwayda and greatly decreased the population. Then adjusted pops to make it close to the religion distribution listed in the 1922 census of the Jabal Druze State. Also adjusted province shape to be closer to that of the Jabal Druze State's boundaries.
Adjusted pops in Homs to be ~45% Sunni, ~40% Orthodox, and 15% Shiite from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homs#Demographics
Adjusted pops in Aleppo to be 70% Sunni, 25% Christian, and 5% Jewish per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleppo#Demographics. The Christian portion is majority Assyrian and minority Armenian.

Arabia changes:
Reshaped 1163 - Qatif and 1164 - Hufuf so they follow the coast. Used the approximate shape of Ottoman Najd Sanjak as a reference
Reshaped 1157 - Riyadh and added Qatif to the Nejd region
Added Sunni Persian and Orthodox Bedouin pops to Bahrain to represent https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hola_(ethnic_group) and Bahraini Christians respectively

Israel changes:
Changed half of the Shiite pops in 916 - Acre to Sephardic Jewish. This represents the 4000 Jewish people in Safed in 1837 (Mystics and missionaries: the Jews in Palestine, 1799–1840, page 256).
Added some hills to eastern Israel

Mediterranean changes:
Redid terrain in Rhodes and Cyprus
Added Saria island in the Dodecanese
Fixed some artifacts in Turkey terrain (closed off bays)
Added mountains to the south of the Sinai peninsula

Other:
Added the Great Dismal Swamp to Virginia and North Carolina

Events/decisions:
1838 Druze Revolt - Greatly increases Druze consciousness/militancy and removes 5% of Druze population in 912 - Baalbeck and 916 - Acre. Jewish pops in Acre lose money to represent looting in Safed.

1860 Mount Lebanon Civil War - Requires the Ottomans to own Beirut, Baalbeck, and Damascus. They'll get an opportunity to intervene, but if they don't France will get an event where they can intervene. Removes Christian and Druze pops from the three aforementioned provinces and increases militancy.

Haurun Druze rebellion - Requires at least year 1900 and the owner of 906 - As-Suwayda to have early railroads. Removes 10% of Druze population in Suwayda and increases Druze consciousness/militancy in As-Suwayda. Turns Druze soldiers in the province into farmers.

Silk boom on Mount Lebanon - Requires France to have intervened. Increases RGO output in 913 - Beirut and give Christians in Lebanon demand for education and increases Maronite pops to represent a population boom (Lebanon: A History, 600 - 2011, page 165)

Silk market crash which reduces RGO output and increases immigration push. Does not require France to have intervened.

Excavations at Baalbeck - random GP (requires social sciences and relations >= 100 with the owner of the province) after 1890. Give prestige and RP.

Gave the Ottomans a decision to get cores on Saudi Persian Gulf provinces Qatif and Hufuf. This correlates to the expansion of the Nejd Sanjak and requires the Suez canal to be built. Forming or becoming Saudi Arabia removes these cores.

Gave the Ottomans an event where they can get Qatar as a core and annex them. This event requires Qatar to be independent (i.e. win the Qatari-Bahraini War) and for the Ottomans to own the coast of Arabia. This is based on the integration of Qatar into Ottoman Nejd Sanjak
After a while they will get an event which removes their core and later an event where they can release them as independent, release as a vassal, or recore. The latter two options give an infamy hit and relation hit with the UK and Persia.
After they take Qatar into their protection, Turkey can take a decision to get a core on Bahrain as well (à la a modified claim Bahrain-Qatar decision). If by chance Turkey missed the event to get Qatar for free, they can take the normal "Claim Bahrain-Qatar" decision starting in 1885.
