Honestly this server is shit we have to relaize it before we take it for granted, the community is full toxic and shit, The server is one of the most toxic server on discord i would say and really its all going downhill, Everyone was sad because fedex left, but he got bored of the server and said it was nice in the beginning, YES it was nice in the beginning but honestly the toxicity grew on this server way too much too be true, You dont want to admit it but its way too toxic, If you want more important members to stay you have to make it as good as it used to be, Promotions should be based of activity helpfullness how nice you are, Not how much Shock and river likes or hates you, Let the community have impact let them pick favourites which they want to see get promoted People like Viva. Should be staff not people like lets say Oktastic for example annoying cunts shouldnt be staff, But lets get onto the main point of this toxicity If you want this shit server (as it is right now) to be alive, and thriving you have to get rid of the main problem which to this day is toxicity yes having some toxic members is normal but when it is the entire server its getting way out of hand, Spamming weaklings "LEAVE" "DIE" "NIGGER" wont actually help in getting new members, No wonder staff are complaining about not moderating BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING TO MODERATE, There isnt a flow of new members all of them end up leaving there are no new members that are cool as of right now they are either joining the toxic train or leaving, As said before you need to get rid of the toxicity and more members will feel like its fresh, New and fun to be in the server... Thats all i have to say i might have been babling on about the same thing but the main points are


Keep the toxicity out, it will help you gain new members and keep the server in general good shape meaning old members wont find it boring. And people like Fedex might not have left, Its your own fault deal with it

Give people that are generally active and nice and helpful or even just active and nice a shot at staff, For like a week they might do good or bad, You dont. Dont make it about how much you hate them/like them please.

Spamming weaklings might be fun but it gives them a bad first impression meaning the might not stay for long or just leave.
