scroll down the page to the downloads section, click Windows, then click Download on that new page.
Run DrawLine.exe to play the game.

Because the google translated text is so great, here are the instructions from the game page.
"Please induce the square box to the goal of the flag.

That basically says it, you goal is to move the big box safely to the flag on each level.

Controls:
Left-Click: place block
Right-Click: remove block

Before you start: Click the "New Game Start" button under "Data1". This will take you to a level select screen.
Time Start: Click on the stage 1 button in the select menu.
Time End: Clearing stage 20

There is a timer in each stage, if you fail to beat the stage before time runs out you die.
Dieing restarts the stage you are on.
When you are in the stage the "Back" button in the top right takes you back to the level select screen while "Retire" restarts your current level.
You wont die to spikies below you as long as you have one tile's worth of your big box on something solid.

Handy Hints:
press "s" on your keyboard on the main menu (or anywhere else) before you start and you can set the sound level. 100 being max and 0 being none.
oh yeah, ctrl pauses the game for some reason, no menu or anything, just pause.
oh and also don't press esc, it closes the game. If you forget about my warning and close the game, your level is saved so if you click "Continue Game Start" under "Data1" you can get back to the level select screen.

Super Secret Superfluous Tech Tip
if you move your mouse to the very right edge of the screen you will notice you select and place blocks on the tile just off the edge of the screen. Placing blocks only works on the right edge despite being able to select the tile off screen to the left as well.
This tech isn't nessessary to the game.
