For me personally, I am best suited for the job due to my constant upbringing of the curious and willingness to try new things. That certain brand of creativity that helps other people with their problems while getting something enjoyable out of it and not compromise service nor quality when it comes to getting the job done has always been the best reason in my account. With that being said, I am always looking for more ways to better and expand my growth as a person as well as looking forward for new challenges that can give me new experiences in life that I have not felt before.

If my current job had a better work environment that could hold less grudges and could talk it out like adults instead of attacking your work personally, without warning, then sure, I could stay there for another three years. If not, then I'm leaving.
