- Outbreak Online Setup Guide
- Step 1: Open up pcsx2
- Step 2: Go to Config and click on Plugin/BIOS Selector
- Step 3: For Plugins and BIOs, uncheck "use default setting" and browse for the Plugins and BIOs folders in the PCSX2 folder.
- Step 4: The BIOs you want to select is Japan v01.00(17/01/2000) Console
- Step 5: Go to Config and click on Memory Cards
- Step 6: Eject both Memory cards and browse for your memcards folder inside the PCSX2 folder.
- Step 7: Inject Mcd001 - Outbreak Generic into port 1
- Step 8: Create a account at http://obsrv.org/
- Step 9: Load up any Outbreak game
- Step 10: Pick Network Play and Select Previous Connection and login with your Account that you just made
