  1. 2 green peppers
  2. 3 bell peppers
  3. 1-2 leeks depending on size
  4. 4 carrots
  5. Oil for frying
  6. 6 dl red lentils
  7. 12 dl water
  8. 1,5 Tsp cumin
  9. 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  10. 3 tsp coriander
  11. 3 tsp Salt
  12. (800g Potatoes if wanted)
  13. Clean and chop veggies, (and potatoes, if cooking with) Add to pot with oil, let that fry until the leeks are soft. Rinse the lentils
  14. Add water and lentils, then spices, stir a bit, then cover and let boil for 15-20 minutes, or until lentils/potatoes are done. Check on and stir occasionally, to avoid burning. Makes six meals.
