- 2 green peppers
- 3 bell peppers
- 1-2 leeks depending on size
- 4 carrots
- Oil for frying
- 6 dl red lentils
- 12 dl water
- 1,5 Tsp cumin
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 3 tsp coriander
- 3 tsp Salt
- (800g Potatoes if wanted)
- Clean and chop veggies, (and potatoes, if cooking with) Add to pot with oil, let that fry until the leeks are soft. Rinse the lentils
- Add water and lentils, then spices, stir a bit, then cover and let boil for 15-20 minutes, or until lentils/potatoes are done. Check on and stir occasionally, to avoid burning. Makes six meals.
