  383. (2/3) - After you use the Mil grunt to open the door to the laser / reactor room and you get to the upper hallway you should see more vents on the floor, break these to find the chip under them. There is also another wall panel in front that moves to reveal two more turrets.

  387. (3/3) - Continue down the hallway from chip #2 and there will be a small path that goes up onto a catwalk above the hallway. At the top of the catwalk will be a vent with a grate over it, shoot this off and go through the vent to find the chip in there.

  566. (2/4) - Near the start after you go past the fence. Continue straight ahead and over the large pipeline. To your right is a machine with a grate on the side, destroy the grate and grab the chip inside.
