  1. <hypernature> ah yeah, i don't know how much truth there is to this but i've heard c = root chakra, d = sacral chakra, etc and it sort of goes up your body
  2. <b> other than the basics i've just learned, do you perhaps have any insights that might help?
  3. <anyone> often nobody's content focuses on a) unreasonable strains of thought that rise out of a reasonable lack of trust in the powers that be, or b) disturbing subcultures that form due to manufactured psychosis - morgellons encapsulates both
  4. <b> hypernature: sound and music have such profound effects on the psyche that i'm confident those would be useful abstraction even from a completely cynical perspective
  5. <b> anyone: I find that most of nobody's work has progression whereas the collage of morgellon footage came off as fairly constant; left me feeling like I'd missed something obvious
  6. <b> but I do very much enjoyed how you described that facet of his work. gives me a different perspective as I've largely only picked up on the way he messages using composition and sequencing
  7. <b> did very much enjoy, rather
  8. <hypernature> i just watched the new video, i don't think he's used such visceral imagery in a while
  9. <hypernature> 'the all' i guess a reference to hermetics- and reminds me of a dinner i was at one time where some older folk were describing their diseases in graphic detail, flowers wilting
  10. <hypernature> interesting cultural imagery afterward, it seems like trying to capture some cosmopolitan idea of our world, mixed with dancing and animals in cages
  11. <anyone> thank you b - visceral, right, i'm wary of reuploading it to my youtube - i'm interested as to the place of dancing in his work, here and in daydreaming
  12. <hypernature> and at the ends of every episode too, yeah
  13. <hypernature> it could mean being carried away by body/carnality, like bread and circuses - ive also connected it with his 'water' imagery, like being carried away by the waters or primoridial waters, like channeling or being possessed by something, being 'carried away' in general - i have no idea hah
  14. <hypernature> and some of them are just humerous like the 'beautiful girls' in 23, these weren't humerous though
  15. <anyone> i also like how episodes can end suddenly with finality, like on a "bye" in american pie - ah, that's a good interpretation, i can also see this as quite different from other examples of dancing, with daydreaming one of his few overtly happy works - i guess in this case it represents to me the desire to break free (ties into the cages) from the con
  16. <anyone> fines of the body, which has been presented as decaying throughout the rest of the video
  17. <hypernature> oh that's good, i've never thought of it like that before
  18. <zypher> the decaying flowers really stood out
  19. <zypher> i was taught if you are responsible for a girl you then must have authority over her- the message was she is responsible for herself
