Fundamentally your arguments are just an assertion of your own idealism (ie "that isnt classically liberal as I define it"). Now I don't inherently hate idealism, I just demand that it not be blaise . And you are blaise. You simply want to return to the Leftism of the late 90s and early 00s. That's not an earth-shaking vision. It's desiring an old status quo ripped away from you by identitarianism.

Moreover I don't think any of you have ever presented what we believe honestly, not without one of us there to check you. That's not nothing for a community with such a high opinion of itself.
My favorite example of us was Kraut whining that Third Position anachronistically referred to the Founding Fathers as "fascist" and then Sargon saying Vee met an altrighter who used the phrase "fascist rome". Firstly, Third Position said thy were ethno-nationalists. Secondly it's rather telling that you all thought it would be clever to single out an anachronistic word choice rather than the main point being communicated.
What does this reveal? Is that the principle of charity at work?

But I don't think it was purposely disingenuous. No, if anything it's merely arrogance and cowardice. It's safer for you to present your own interpretations of what the altright thinks. That's why Sargon pretends we believe arbitrary things despite our constant posting evidence in favor of what we believe (ask @Pale_primate). He doesnt have to believe it, but should acknowledge it. Vee seeks out people poor at debating after his loss to me (his own commenters say that), and Jeff Holiday (and Sargon) both fled rather than engage The Alternative Hypothesis. Hell, I dont think Sargon ever watched the debate Distributist had despite being personally invited.

But the Candid debacle was what really cemented my narrative to be honest. So many people willingly ignoring what they believe in (or rather, said they believe in) to make money and defend those who dishonestly shilled.

Then there is the ever growing ideological divide among you. Spino is obsessing over the altright, signal boosting regressives in the process and lying about MillennialWoes. There is Shoe mocking Satirician for falling for satire but defending Shives for also falling for satire. It's clearly people are moving to their respective corners.

1. They ignore what you've argued to them if they don't like it. That way they can insist you didn't supply proof and are just a rube
Ex: Sargon and Vee acting like the genetic case for racial differences hasn't been made

2. Hyperskepticism over what you say if they dislike you. Ex: T saying the Left cant get rid of Identity Politics isnt debated very fiercely. When the altright says it though...

3. "It's okay when we do it" They'll espouse the principles of charity and lament that SJWs dont engage in the battlefield of ideas. But neither will they and will be uncharitable to you. Also they don't mind doxing their enemies but harangue you if you do it
