- As stated before, If you wish to rank up, you must at least be in the group for a week, have at least one PVP ship (and know how to use it. By PVP ship, I mean fully engineered with a proper build, use the builds provided in the respective channel.), able to fulfill the requirements of the rank above you. There are no skipping ranks, not unless you exceed in the requirements by a large margin. These are the requirements for each rank. All members, no matter the rank, can participate in any activity in the group unless it requires a specific rank. Members who wish to rank up are required to know how to use their chosen PVP ship.
- Ranking up: There are two ways to rank up in the Corps.
- 1. By following the requirements for each rank in this list, or
- 2. By proving your skill, dedication and adherence to the rules of this group. If you prove to be a skilled fighter in PVP combat, which includes having a PVP engineered ship, you may have a chance to skip the lower ranks and start at the rank of Staff Sergeant, which means that you will be able to request to form your own flights. If you prove to be skilled enough after you are eligible for your next promotion, you may have the chance to climb to the rank of Sergeant Major, which means you will be able to request to form your own squadron with your own roles, and the flight leaders of your choosing. As for the higher ranks, you will need to follow the requirements for them, no exceptions. This is because these ranks usually hold major leadership positions, and you will need to be vetted by members of the other higher ranking members to be accepted into them.
- (The rank you are given, if you are a skilled player, is chosen by the Council members, along side the Generals and Commanders of the corps. The ranks listed above are the ranks you may be able to be promoted up to. You may be put in a rank below that, again, depending on your skill level.)
- Recruit- Be approved by an admin, read and agreed to the current rules.

- Low Ranking members: The first nine ranks are considered to be "Student ranks". This is where you learn to fight (if you don't already know how), and the rules of the group. These ranks tend to be easy to progress through, if you are an experienced player, and know what you're doing. When you are a private, you are assigned to a teacher that is experienced with whatever you wish to pursue in the game as well as PVP, which will be the main focus of your training, you can change this any time you want until you reach PV2. When a member reaches PV2, or Private Second Class, they will be assigned to an incomplete flight to shadow until their instructor feels they are ready to progress. When they reach PFC, they will be allowed to engage with the flights. When they reach Corporal, they will be assigned to that flight officially. To rank up in the learning ranks, (Private to First Sergeant) the member is required to have at least one low end PVP ship (A low end ship, in my opinion, would be a cheap ship that is effective such as the Viper, Eagle, or Diamondback Explorer. These ships would not be ideal for tanking of any kind, but are more often than not support ships, or ships that can come in and tear through shields and drive off enemy combatants.) and know how to use it, this is in case you are called to defend a particular system, or if you are engaged by a griefer. If you don't know how to build said ship, either go to one of the PVP Combat experts of the group, or I can give you a build that you may use until you have the research to build your own. If you use a pre-made build, that is acceptable, though once you are ready to make the jump from First Sergeant to Sergeant Major, you are REQUIRED to do research and create your own viable PVP build. If you need to train to get used to said ship, that's fine. All members are free to train with each other, we have 2 rules regarding this.
- 1. Unless it's specifically allowed by all parties, do not destroy each others ships, the lowest I'd recommend is 50% hull.
- 2. If your sparring partner is having issues, give them tips. Help them learn how to use their ships, don't just ridicule them without giving them advice.
- -------------------------------------------------------
- Private- Been a member of the group for at least a week, and have at least a low end PVP ship, be assigned to an instructor.
- Private Second Class- Be a member of the group for at least three weeks, have learned to use the PVP ship you have built enough to take down at least 80% hull consistently in sparring.
- Private First Class- Be a member of the group for at least a month (four weeks), have shadowed a flight for more than two weeks and have learned their tactics. Able to take down at least 70% hull consistently in sparring.
- Corporal- Be a member of the group for at least six weeks, have been assigned to a flight for more than two weeks and have done at least four successful high end, combat focused wing missions with them.
- Sergeant- Have at least four PVP missions under their belt and five PVP kills.
- Staff Sergeant- Have ten PVP kills and at least four PVP wing missions (missions requiring the entire wing) under their belt.

- First Sergeant-

- Mid-Ranking members: These next eight ranks are termed as the "Teacher" ranks. Here, the student will be able to become the teacher, if they wish to. To get to the first of the mid ranks, Sergeant Major, you must build your own personal combat PVP ship, and have at least one medium PVP ships (A moderately expensive ship such as the FDL, Imp Clipper or Chieftain) without the help of the pre-built ships provided in the discord, that is built using your own knowledge of PVP, how it works, what weapons to use, etc...when a member gets to the rank of Warrant Officer, they will be able to apply for the position of a flight leader in a squadron. This means they will be able to manage their own flight with three other members. You will be responsible for teaching them your tactics, helping them progress through the game and the group, and running at the very least, one mission a week with them. These missions can be fighting in a CZ, hunting in a HAZres, or anything the squad leader needs you to do. Note: Anything dealing with NPCs can be done in non PVP ships. Once a player meets the rank of CWO Gold, you will be able to apply to be a squadron leader. This means you will be able to have a Squadron with up to four roles (One for each wing, you must have at least one role), with four flight leaders under your authority. Be warned, once you enter these ranks, you may no longer use the pre-built PVP ships as the requirement to rank up, however you may ask your fellow group members for help when building your ship.

- High-Ranking Members: These nine ranks are considered the "high" ranks. Members in these ranks often have squadrons under them and are in contact or in the Council of the Corps. Once you reach the rank of Major General, you may apply to the owner of the Corps to become a member of the council. The council is responsible for creating and helping to maintain the rules. Once you reach Lt. General, you may apply to become a moderator and General, you may apply to become an admin. For any of these positions, you need to be interviewed by the admins of the group as well as the owner of the group personally. You must follow the rules given to you, and you are not above the rules of the corps. Member, moderator, admin or Council member, you are not above being punished, in fact punishment may be worse depending on your rank or position in the group as you are to uphold these rules, not break them. The Commander of the Corps generally serves as the tactical commander within wartime. If we are at war with a player faction, a Commander of the Corps will be assigned from the best of the group. They will work closely with the Council to come up with plans of attack and will pass down orders from the council to the rest of the group once a plan is developed. Once you are ready to make the jump from First Lt. to Captain, you will be interviewed by a Major General if available. You do not need to have any squadrons under you to progress. (Note: Admins, Moderators and Council Members will be assigned when needed. If none are needed, applicant acceptance will be limited until they are needed.)
